The collector works in the ZIGBEE network ,it collects data updated by devices and transmit the data to the server over Ethernet.

Install method

1. To fix the device on the specified location by the screw.
2. Assemble the antenna.
3. Plug the network cable
4. Plug in the power cable ,and power on ,the collector can work.

Remote control instruction

1. Align the remote control with “IR” signal hole on the top cover
2. Press “menu” key to enter the passwords screen
3. “OK” to enter the setting items or save the setting.
4. to select the items ,but your must press“ OK” key to confirm entering themes for setting.
5. “+”“ -”“ number key for set the adjusted value
6. “MODE” : key to clear the value bit by bit
7. :key to back the boot screen

Operation instruction

Real-time value display:

1. ID No : ZigBee short a dress ，It must be 0
2. Channel number: PIN_ID:40 and Channel:26.
3. MAC a dress : the MAC a dress of the signal collector, It can not change.
4. Local IP : The IP address of the signal collector on the Ethernet.
5. ULONG destination IP: connect to server
6. Destination port number: Port number of the server to be connected
7. Connect to server or not: OK / NG

Notes: The signal collector and web server must be on the same network segment; otherwise, the collector cannot be connected. The main inter face of the setting menu is as follows:

Press the ”MENU” key on the remote control , input password”123” ,then press “ok” key, then press to select the parameter for setting

Ethernet parameter settings (It is suggested to modify it through the upper computer software ZLV ir Com)。along destination IP and destination port number setting Press the ”MENU” key on the remote control , input password”888666” ,then press “ok” key, then press to select the parameter for setting

6. zig bee channel Settings: as follow press“ ”“ ” switching Settings press “0~9” key to  set the PANID and ID , but PANID≤99 and Channel ≤ 26.

Software installation instructions.

The on-site status of the intelligent monitor will be wirelessly uploaded to the background in real time data ,and the normal online or alarm re- -minding will be displayed in the visual interface, The transited software including: digital factory management system ,internet of things service data collection and other software, the computer and service which will be installed the software is provided by the customer ,the server configuration is determined by the number of users, Recommended server configuration: System W endow server 2012, CPU 4 core or above, memory 8G or above, storage space 500G or above We will support online remote installation or telephone installation guide , any questions ,please call 0755-27447560

1. Warranty period:
   The warranty period of products sold by our company is one year, and the warranty period is one year from the date of sale due to the parts ,material or process quality problem of the product ,we will provide free repair 。

2. During the warranty period ,we have the right to refuse the warranty service and charge the repair component fee and service fee as appropriate under the following status:
   A. Product failure caused by improper use or wrong operation by the user
   B. Burnt-out accidents caused by lightning strikes or improper installation
   C. Label damage or unauthorized disassembly for maintenance

3. Please pack and ship properly the product for repair , we will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation

4. We reserves the right of final interpretation ,subject to change without prior notice
