DAHUA Camera Forget Password
- Download and open the DAHUA Config tool, and search for the server IP address. Download https://www.dahuasecurity.com/support/downloadCenter/tools?id=12
- Click “Password Reset” to check the camera that needs to be reset, and click “Reset”.
Method 1 :
Select the QR Code to reset the password, and use your mobile phone Scan the
QR code, the Security code will be sent to the mailbox, enter it and the new
password on the Reset password page.
- Download DAHUA mobile phone app. Download：https://www.dahuasecurity.com/support/downloadCenter/softwares?child=472
- Enter “gDMSS”,click “ password reset”.(PS:The login account is the account used when the camera sets up the email.)
Method 2: Reset password via XML file.
- Enter the camera search tool “Config Tool”, enter the reset password page, click”Reset”, select “XML File” to export the file to the desktop, and send the file to Dahua customer service
- When receiving the customer service resetting password file, import the file into Config Tool to reset the password.
