DORBOKER 36 Large Gear Wall Clock Instructions

Instructions N.1: How to Insert batteries and set time correctly

1. Please use 3*AA Carbon batteries, not Alkaline

2. One battery for clock hands working,please put into the “+” pole first, and then the “-” .

3. Two batteries for gears rotation, please put into the “-” pole first, and then the “+”.

4. Please use the control wheel on the back to set time.

5. Fix expansion nails on the wall with a power drill

6. Hang clock on the wall

Instructions N.2: How to disassemble and reassemble the clock parts

• In case the hands are loose, dropped off, or hands do not run or replace the clock hands
  Follow steps 1,2,6,7,8

• In case the gears do not rotate, stop work, or have noise sound
  Follow steps 1,2,3,5,6,7,8

• In case the hands stop work, or mechanism battery box is damaged
  Follow steps 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

Step 1 ：Disassemble the clock face

1. Remove the batteries from both compartments
   

2. Press one side of the clip to release the clip
   

3. Release all clips and disassemble the clock face
   

Step 2: Remove the pointers

1. Remove the screw to release the clock pointers

2. Hold the clock pointer with one hand ,and other hand uncrew the screw

3. Take out the clock hands one by one

Step 3: Remove the big central gears

1. unscrew the screw with a gear wrench or tool

2. Remove the big central gear

3. Remove the cylinder, oil the cylinder (Use a small tool to oil outside and inside)

Step 4: Replace the mechanism battery box

1. After the gear is removed, the battery box should be fell off, or if it was fixed with glue, please use more force to pull it out
   

2. Remove the old mechanism battery box

3. Replace the new battery box.(You can order a new battery from our store, or contact us, we’ll send a new one for replacement.)
   

Step 5: Reinsert the central gear

1. put back the small pads

2. Reinsert the cylinder

3. Reinsert the central gear, and tighten the screw back with a gear wrench.

Step 6: Reinstall the clock hands

1. Reinsert the hour hand first and then insert the minute hand.

2. “screw in” the small screw (hold the minute hand with one hand, and then tighten the small screw to lock the minute hand)

3. make sure both hands are parallel. If the hands are touching each other, adjust the hands by slightly bending them

Step 7: Reinsert the batteries to check if the clock work

1. Insert back the batteries for both compartments.
   

2. Check if the hand is moving, wait a moment to see because no second hand and no ticking
   

3. Make sure the gears are alignment. If not,raise up the lower one or press down the higher one. Please push froward the gear in clockwise, you will see all gears are rotating
   

Step 8: reassemble the clock

1. Remove the batteries  and put back the clock face
   

2. Insert back all clip
   

3. Reassemble the clock and hang it on wall.
