This SPDIF/TosLink Digital Optical Audio Switchers can let the users to connect four digital optical TosLink sources to one optical TosLink (SPDIF) input on your AV amplifier. Compatible with Apple TV, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Blu-ray Player, Cable box, HDTV to one Optical Port on your Headphone, Sound bar, AV Receiver or Amplifier.

Panel Description

1. DC 5V Power Interface, Please connect to DC 5V 1A official standard adaptor.
2. Optical Digital Audio Input Interface. (Connect to HDTV / DVD / XBOB360 / PS4)
3. Optical Digital Audio Output Interface. (Connect to Sound bar)
4. Input Indicator
5. IR Receiver
6. Power/Switch button for channel
   (Press to switch the input channels, long press to turn on/off the power )

Connection and Operation

1. Use the optical fiber cable to connect the optical fiber signal source (such as blue- ray player, the computer and so on) with the switchers input.
2. Let the switchers output port connected to the optical fiber signal receiver (such as amplifier, home theater and so on) by using the optical cable.
3. Please use a separable 5V 1A power adapter to connect the USB cable to power the Optical Audio Switchers.
4. Use the remote or button to switch the input source freely.

Remote Control Operation

1. Power switch button. You can turn off the power through the switch after use.
2. SPDIF/ TosLink input port switch button. If you want to choose input source 2, direct press numeric key 2

Prompt:

1. Before using the remote control, please remove the back cover of the remote control and insert AA alkaline battery.
2. If the remote control is in the static state for a long time, please check whether the remote control battery has enough power.
3. Please aim the remote control directly at the receiver within 5m without obstacles.

Note
Plz use the optical switch as the instruction listed to keep the long use lifetime of the machine.

1. The optical switch should be placed at the spot far from the Damp, High-Temperature, Dusty, Erosive, and oxidative environment.
2. All parts will be free from the strong shake, hit, fall.
3. Touching the power adaptor with the wet hands is prohibited.

Special Notice

1. If there is no sound after your correct connection, please kindly set your digital audio device such as HDTV, TV BOX, or game console into PCM or LPCM audio format output.
2. Before using the remote, please confirm the receiving port is unobstructed.
3. Our products are fiber optic splitters that transmit digital audio signals over fiber optics and support digital audio formats such as LPCM2.0 DTS Dolby-AC3.
4. It does not support 7. 1CH Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, because 7. 1CH audio cannot be transmitted via fiber ontic cable and must be transmitted over HDMI cable.

FAQ

Before power on, pls check the connection line carefully. And make sure that all interfaces are normally connected. The common trouble shooting way shows below:
Q1:Non-Power-Connected

1. Check if the power adaptor head is truly and correctly inserted the power socket.
   Please use a separable 5V 1A power adapter to connect the USB cable to power the Optical Audio Switchers.
   Power supply: USB Power Cable – Separable 5V 1A Standard Plug – Power outlet.

2. Check the power switch if it is in on status.

Q2: No sound output

1. To check if the signal source is on and correct connected.
2. If there is no sound after your correct connection, please kindly set your digital audio device such as HDTV, TV BOX, or game console into PCM or LPCM model output.
3. Check if the sound system connection is all good quality.
4. Check if the optical cable is all good quality.

Q3: Sound interrupted
To try again to connect the optical cable to be free from the unsuccessful connection.
