GETTING STARTED

  1. Power ON/OFF
    • Power ON: Single-press to turn on the camera from OFF mode, and enter into Preview Mode.
    • Power OFF: Press and hold to turn off the camera. Before shutting down, a video being recorded will be saved.
  2. Video Recording
    • In Preview Mode, single-press to start recording the video, and press the button again to stop recording.
  3. Photographing
    • In Preview Mode, single-press and the unit will start taking photos similar to a digital camera.
  4. Screenshot
    • To capture pictures while a video is being recorded, just a single press
  5. Audio Recording
    • In Preview Mode, single-press to record an audio file, and press again to stop recording.
  6. Video Resolution Switch
    • Hold for 3 seconds to change video resolution directly in Preview Mode.
  7. File Tagging
    • While the video is being recorded, press there be icon, The video recorded will be saved in the “Event” folder.
  8. Switch Between Video Recording and Audio Recording
  9. When a video is being recorded, press to stop recording the video and start an audio recording, the video will be saved.
  10. When an audio file is being recorded, press to stop audio recording and start video recording, the audio file will be saved.
  11. Playback
  12. Press and find “Video, Photo, Audio”, all files recorded can be browsed.
  13. Press and Hold to check the last file recorded.
  14. Settings for Video Recording
    • In Preview Mode, single-press to enter into the Setup menu, select a first icon and press the confirm button.
  15. Resolution
  * There are six options to select from: 2560×1440 30P / 1920X1080 60P / 1920X1080 30P / 1280X720 60P / 1280X720 30P / 848X480 30P

  * There are three options to select from: High / Medium/ Low
4.  **Photo Size**
  * There are six options to select from: 4M(2688X1512) / 8M(3840X2160) / 12M(4680X2592) /  16M(5344X3000) / 30M(7360X4140) / 40M(8448X4752)
5.  **H.265 Encoding**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off
  * H.265 saves over 50% of memory space and improves video quality.
6.  **Pre-Record**
  * There are four options to select from Off/ 5 sec/ 10 sec/ 15 sec Camera will record 5sec-15sec of video before the record button is pressed to start recording.
7.  **Loop Recording**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off
  * When loop recording is set with “On”, it provides a way to let the camera keep recording when memory space is full, because the oldest file will be overwritten by the newest file.
8.  **Post-Record**
  * There are four options to select from Off/ 5 sec/ 10 sec/ 15 sec Camera will record 5-15sec after the record button is pressed to stop recording.
9.  **Power On Auto-Record**
  * There are two options to select from: On/ Off
10.  **Video Length**
  * There are five options to select from: Off/ 2 min/ 5 min/ 10 min / 15 min
  * Video splitter refers to the length of video segments while the device is recording. The minute amount is the length of each video segment before the device begins a new video file. This will NOT stop the device from recording, it will just split your videos into smaller, more manageable files.
11.  **Mute Recording**
  * There are three options to select from: Off/ Pre-recording / On Audio won’t be recorded when mute recording is on.
12.  **Motion Detection**
  * There are two options to select from: On/ Off
  * The camera will detect the movements of scenes. Press Once a camera detects the movements, it will start recording, and stop recording until the video scene has not changed or moved for over 10 seconds.
13.  **General Settings**
  * In preview mode, press to enter into the setup menu, select the second icon and press the confirm button.
14.  **Language**
  * There are two options to select from English, (Simple Chinese)
15.  **GPS**
  * There are two options to select from: On I Off  GPS positioning can be achieved by turning on GPS, and the GPS location coordinates can be viewed on the video watermark. The  GPS function needs to be used outdoors.
16.  **Time Zone**
  * You can select your time zone
17.  **Date & Time**
  * Modify the date and time
18.  **Vibration Notification**
  * There are two options to select from: On/ Off
19.  **IR filter**
  * There are four options to select from: Off/ Manual /Auto/ During Recording Off means to turn off Infrared lights.
  * Manual means to turn on/off IR manually.
  * Auto means IR lights will be turned on/off automatically.
  * During Recording IR lights will be turned on/off automatically during recording.
20.  **Auto Power Off**
  * There are seven options to select from: Off/ 30 sec/ 1 min/ 3 min/ 5 min/ 10 min/ 30 min Auto Power Off will only power off the device when it has been in standby mode for the selected interval. This will NOT power off the device during recordings.
21.  **LCD Auto Off**
  * There are six options to select from: Off/ 10 sec/ 30 sec /1 min/ 3 min/ 5 min Screensaver will turn off the LCD of the camera device when it has been in standby mode for the selected interval. This will NOT power off the device.
22.  **Key Tone**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off

  * There are ten options to select from: 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10
24.  **Audio Prompt**
  * There are three options to select from Off/ Beep/ Voice
25.  **LED Light**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off
26.  **Dash Camera Mode**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off Car Mode means the camera will power on automatically and start recording after being connected to a power source.
27.  **Date Format**
  * There are three options to select from: DD-MM-YYYY MM-DD-YYYY YYYY-MM-DD
28.  **Stealth Mode**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off Stealth Mode means to turn off all indicators and prompt sound. When it’s set to On, press and hold the menu button to activate it.
29.  **USB Mode**
  * There are two options to select from: Password Mode / No Password
30.  **Password Mode**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off
31.  **Change Password**
  * The default password is 888888.
32.  **Change Device ID**
  * Input the correct password, and then set the Device ID you would like to have.
33.  **Change User ID**
  * Input the correct password, and then set the User ID you would like to have.
34.  **Low battery warning**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off
35.  **Low space warning**
  * There are two options to select from: On / Off
36.  **Default setting**
  * This action will restore the default settings

Reset

  • Resetting the camera will power off the camera forcibly, it helps when the camera is down.

Charging

  • Please charge the camera via the USB cable and the wall charger provided. The battery used in the camera is Li-Polymer type. When fully charged, the blue charging indicator will be off.
