User Manual

Thank you for purchasing the completely wireless FIXED Pods Pro headphones.
Please read this manual before use.

We recommend charging the headphones and the box to full capacity before first use. When charging with a cable, simply connect the included or other USB/USB-C cable to the charger or USB connector on your computer or laptop, or use a wireless charging pad. The headphones will start charging automatically.
HOW TO PAIR AND CONNECT/DISCONNECT HEADPHONES:

Open the charging case. When you open the charging case, the headphones will automatically turn on.
Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, then locate the FIXED Pods Pro.
After inserting the headphones into the charging case and closing it, the connection will be automatically disconnected.
When you open the case, it will automatically connect again, to the already paired device. Once the headphones are successfully paired with your phone, they are ready to use. The headset will automatically switch off if it is not connected to any device within 3 minutes. If the charging case is empty, the headphones will not automatically disconnect from the phone when inserted into the case and closed.

CHARGING

Insert the headphones into the charging case.
(Note: Each handset must be placed in the appropriate slot: the handset marked „L“ to the left side and the handset marked „R“ to the right side)
Close the charging case
Plug the USB-C cable into the port on the charging case, or place on the pad with the wireless charging function straight side down.
Note: If not placed on the wireless pad properly, the charging case may become slightly warm. Therefore, adjust the position of the charging case on the charging pad.
Note: The case has an integrated battery and can charge the headphones without connecting to a USB cable

TOUCH CONTROL – control the headphones by touch
Switching on the headphones – The headphones switch on automatically when the charging case is opened.
Headphones off – The headphones turn themselves off when returned to the charging case or turn themselves off after 180 seconds when disconnected from the paired phone.
Play/pause music – 1x touch on RIGHT or LEFT earpiece
Next song – 2x touch on RIGHT earpiece
Previous song – 2x touch on LEFT earpiece
ANC/Transparent mode – 3x touch on RIGHT earpiece – switch between ANC and Transparent mode.
Default setting is ANC
Game mode on/off – 3x touch on LEFT handset – default is Game mode off
Calling up the voice assistant SIRI/Google Assisten etc. – Long hold on the RIGHT or LEFT handset for approx. 3 sec.
Receiving a call – 1 touch on the RIGHT or LEFT earpiece
Rejecting or hanging up a call – 2x touch on the RIGHT or LEFT handset

INDICATOR LEDS – CHARGING STATUS

Fully Charged – Green LED lights for 4 seconds
Charging – orange LED lights for 10 seconds
Low battery 10% or less – orange LED lights for 8 seconds
Opening the box – Green LED lights for 10 seconds after opening the box
Closing the box – Green LED lights for 3 seconds after closing the box
Inserting the headphones into the case – Green LED flashes once

GAME MODE

By default, game mode is off. When switched on (touch the left earphone 3 times to hear a beep), the equalizer setting is changed and the audio latency is reduced. The lower audio latency is mainly used by gamers for a better experience and immersion into the action of the games themselves. Latency is the reaction time between action and reaction.

ANC – ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING

The ANC function is used to suppress ambient unwanted sound. It works on the principle of allowing a second sound of the same frequency but with the direction reversed. Built-in microphones are used to suppress the ambient noise, creating a counter frequency.

TRANSPARENT MODE

Transparent mode is the opposite of ANC. The microphones let ambient sounds into the headphones. Transparent mode helps you hear more of what‘s going on around you, even when no music is playing. To switch between Transparent mode and ANC, tap 3 times on the right earpiece and an audio signal will always sound. Each function has its own audio signal.
ENC – ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE CANCELLING:
ENC technology cancels out ambient noise, making your voice exceptionally clear and undisturbed in the microphone. ENC is always on, every time you make a call. There is no way to turn this feature off.

If the device is not used for a long period of time, it is necessary to charge the battery every two to three months to prevent damage and to prevent the performance of the device from being reduced.
