Note :
- The temperature on the display of the welding station is the temperature of the heating core, which has a difference of 54°F (30°C) to room temperature;
- This soldering station is an ideal tool for soldering tin wires. The melting point of the tin wire is about 446℉. So we suggest consumers adjust to 500℉ at least;
- Temperature Memory Function: When the power is turned on again, the temperature will reset to the last use;
Weld Station Monitor
- The main interface displays the current temperature, and set temperature respectively.
- + / – buttons : You can press this button and adjust the temperature of the iron, the temperature control range is between 212-932°F (100-500°C); After switching on, the temperature unit (°F or℃) can be switched by pressing the power button and the ” -” button at the same time.
- Press and hold the switch button to the LCD screen display “OFF” for at least 5 seconds, and then the soldering station will turn on.

Voltage display
The battery pack voltage is above 17V and the welding station works normally. Battery pack voltage below 17V, the welding station buzzer will issue a former low-voltage alarm. At the same time, the LCD screen displays “DCL”. When the battery pack voltage is lower than 15.5V, the welding station stops heating and shuts down -
Standby Mode and Shutdown Mode
Standby Mode: After the soldering iron handle is stationary for 10 minutes, The temperature number on the LCD screen lashes, and it enters standby mode. If the set temperature is greater than 392℉, the standby temperature is 392℉. If the set temperature is less than 392℉, the standby temperature is the current set temperature.
When the soldering station is in standby mode, you can move or pick up the soldering pen again, which will wake up the station. The soldering station will reheat at the original temperature set. Automatic Shutdown Mode: After the soldering iron handle is stationary for 30 minutes, it enters the shutdown state, and the LCD screen does not display that the soldering iron has stopped heating.
Important
*Push the welding pen on this item’s shelf and tighten the head to the shelf. Keep the welding pen away from other items.
- To prevent the soldering pen from oxidation, please clean the iron head after use.
- After using the soldering pen, switch it off and put it back in its place. Please wait at least 15 minutes for the soldering pen to cool down before removing the battery.

- Heat Hazard: The tip of the soldering iron can reach high temperatures during operation. Avoid touching the heated area to prevent burns or other injuries. Always place the soldering iron on a designated heat- resistant stand when not in use.
- Child Safety: Keep the soldering iron out of the reach of children and ensure they are supervised if they are nearby. The soldering iron and its accessories can cause harm if mishandled or used improperly.
- Training and Experience: It is recommended that users have proper training and experience in soldering techniques before using the soldering iron. If you are a beginner, seek guidance from an experienced individual or professional.
