Please move the mattress out to a flat floor or bed frame.
Please use this Dourxi cutting tool to open the plastic packaging.
Wait 48-72 hours for it to regain its full shape and enjoy your new mattress!
Warm Tips
- The rebound of the foam is affected by temperature. please gently pat the mattress surface to help it quickly return to its original shape.
- Please keep a safe distance from the mattress when you open it, the mattress may pop open when it expands.
- Please use the utility knife carefully to avoid injury.
- The expansion process may be faster in a warm room and slower in a cold environment.
