MAIN FUNCTION

1. With high precision load cell
2. A good assistant for baking. Weighing with 5 gears, adding up and weight unit conversion functions.
3. Battery power low and over loaded warning function.
4. Zero function.
5. Auto off function

TO INSTALL OR REPLACE BATTERY

Open the battery cover. Install new batteries by putting one side of the battery down first and pressing down the other side.
(Please observe the polarity)

LCD INCONS INDICATION

Weight mode
 Milk mode
 Water mode

LCD display differs form one to another, so the above picture is indicative only.

BUTTONS FUNCTION

Press button

Switch on. switch off(long time press)/
zero(weight function when switched on)/
unit convert(unit conversion function when switched on)

Rotary switch button

Weigh with 5 gears + unit conversion/weight adding up

1. Twist the rotary switch button to weigh with 5 gears: I II III IV V It can weigh seperately with each gear.
2. Adding up/unit conversion: M+/U
   Twist to this symbol, it shows the 5 gears adding up weight.
   Twist to this symbol and press to convert units.
   Note: Scale can’t weigh when twisted to this symbol.
   The unit system of scale depends on scale destination or the requirement of distributor.

TO WEIGHT / ADD UP

1. Place the scale on solid and flat surface. Place bowl(if used) on scale.
2. Press switch on. Twist the rotary button to M+/U after LCD shows zero. Then press convert units.
3. Twist to gear I . Place article and LCD shows its weight.
4. When the weight reading is stable, twist to II to weigh second article.
   In the same way, twist to III IV V one by one to weigh. Finally twist to M+/U to check adding up total weight for all articles.

Note

1. After being adding up, the operated gear can’t be weighed once more. All weigh function can be renewed by pressing the zero button.
2. Total reading can be recorded when weight in each gear is stable, but it’ll be lost if zero function works.

AUTO OFF (BATTERY POWER SAVING MODE)

If there is no operation or weight changing in two minutes, scale will be auto off.

MANUALLY SHUT OFF

To maximize battery life, always long press to turn off the scale after using.

WARNING

OVER LOADING WARNING

When LCD shows Err, it is over loaded( Max capacity is shown on product), please take off the object to prevent damage to the scale.

LOW POWER WARNING

When LCD shows Lo, battery power is low, please change new battery(ies ).

 ADVICE FOR USE & CARE

1. Clean the scale with slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical/corrosive cleaner. Keep the scale in cool dry place.
2. All plastics parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly flavored/colored foods. (Avoid contact with acids citrus juice.)
3. Always use the scale on a solid, flat surface, keep the scale unmoved when weighing.
4. This product is precision instrument, please handle with care; Do not strike, shake or drop the scale.
5. Keep away from high temperature, do not strip the scale arbitrarily.
6. If fail to turn on, please check whether butlery (ies) are installed or battery power is low.
7. Don’t abandon as family garbage, please send this scale to electronic equipment recycle station.
8. Designed for family use only, not for commercial use.
