Product Overview
Important Safety Information
This is the safety alert symbol. It is used to alert you to potential injury hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid possible injury.
WARNING
- Do not use this product if your dog is aggressive, or if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs can cause severe injury and even death to their owner and others.
- Please operate the product as directed in the manual. The company will not be responsible for any loss or injury caused by improper operations.
- It is forbidden to use the product in the environment with open fire or fragile articles.
- It is forbidden to use the product in extremely hot (above 40°C) or extremely cold (below 0°C).
- Do not charge with adapters above 5V.
- This pet training device is not a toy, keep away from children.
- If you do not use the product for a long time, please power off the product.
- Do not use the product when it fails to work due to falling, damages or water inflow. To avoid injury, the product shall be repaired by the manufacturer.
- Safety during on-leash training. It is vitally important that you and your dog remain safe while teaming during on-leash training. Your dog should be in a strong leash, long enough for him to attempt to chase an object, but short enough for him not to reach a road or other unsafe area. You must also be physically strong enough to restrain your do when he tries to chase.
CAUTION
Electric Dog Collars are safe-these collars are not capable of burning a dog’s neck since the static current emitted by these “shock” collars is only at 0 .01amp-that’s never enough to injure a dog.
Proper fit of the collar is important. Because the sores are commonly caused by bacterial infection. A collar worn fix too long or made too tight on the pet’s neck and other improper using ways all may cause skin damage. Millions of pets are comfortable while they wear Dog Shock Collars. Proper use of a static “shock” collar on your dog is very important. But the results primarily depend on how you take extra care and how you use the electric collar for your dog!
Improper using may cause dog’s skin injury, please strictly follow the cautions to keep your pet safe and comfortable:
- Eliminate one misbehavior or teach one obedience command at one time, if the training gets too fast, your pet may become confused and repel.
- Before using the Shock mode to your pet, you should try Vibration to your pet first.
- Observing the dog’s reaction, make sure the training intensity is not too much.
- Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
- Possible reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
- Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this manual.
- Never connect a lead to the electronic collar; it will cause excessive pressure on the contacts.
- When using a separate collar for a lead, don’t put pressure on the electronic collar.
- Wash the dog’s neck area and the contacts of the collar weekly with a damp cloth.
- If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
- Please don’t attach leash to this Receiver collar, put a separate collar on your dog’s neck above the Receiver collar as you need to attach leash.
Charge Before Use
- Charging takes 2 hours respectively with the included USB cable.
NOTE
- When charging the remote, the battery icon of screen flash, the battery icon stop flashing and show full bars as charging fully; There will be showing empty battery icon on the screen of the remote if it’s low battery.
- When charging the Receiver, the green LED status light will be flashing. the green LED status light stop flashing and always on after charge fully . When charging the Receiver, it’s in sleep mode, and can’t receive the signal from the Remote If the Receiver is low battery, the indicator light will be on every 1 second.
- Please keep the charging port dry before charging!
CAUTIONS: please make sure that the Charger output voltage is less than 9V. (5V charger recommended)
Turn the Device ON/OFF

Turn on the Remote by pressing any buttons.

Turn on the remote, backlight will stay for about 5 seconds. If no operation then, backlight off. You could active it by pressing any button

LCD display will stay for 30 seconds. if no operation then, LCD display shuts off. you could active it by pressing any button.

Press the receiver’s power button to turn it on, the LED status light will flash once with a Bee~ sound. Press the receiver’s power button again to turn it off, the LED status light will flash once with 2 Bee~sound.

After the receiver starts up, the LED status light flashes on every 7 seconds, indicating the receiver is ready to receive the action instructions of the remote.

If no signal to the Receiver within 5 minutes, it will go into a standby mode; you could press the shock or vibration or sound button to activate it.
Pairing
Pairing the Remote control and the Receiver
You can skip this step as the product is already matched up in the factory. (The paired channel is CH1)
- Turn on the Remote control and choose a channel by press the CH button;
- Turn on the Receiver and press the power button of the Receiver by 2 seconds, you hear a beep sound, and the Receiver’s LED status light is flashing;
- Press the vibrate button/shock button/beep button of the Remote control within 10 seconds after the beep sound, hearing a beep sound again that means the pairing successful.
Pairing additional Receivers
- You can pick a separate pairing channel for pairing an additional Receiver or two, which is done in the same steps as above.
Test training mode
- Test the electric shock function
- Connect the test light to the two static electrodes of the Receiver, press the shock button of the Remote control (ensure the intensity level is more than 0) and the test light will light up.
- Test the vibration function
- Press the vibrate button of the Remote control (ensure the intensity level is more than 0) and the Receiver will vibrate.
- Test the beep function
- The Receiver will beep if you press the beep button of the Remote control (no need to adjust the intensity level for this operation, simply 0 is displayed).
- Test the LED lights function
- Press the light button of the Remote control and the Torch LED on top of the Remote control will light up. Press and hold the light button on the Remote control for 2 seconds and the LED status light on the Receiver will light up.
Wearing the Receiver collar
- Thread the collar through the Receiver.
- Place the Receiver collar around the dog’s neck.
- Tighten as tightly as you can fit through one fingertip.
Notes
- You may need to cut a section of the collar off if the dog is really little.
- To prevent from coming apart, fuse the interface (position A) with a lighter if required.
If your dog isn’t responding to the electric shock, consider these solutions
- If the dog’s hair is too long, it can be ruffled to the sides so that the Receiver’s static electrodes can reach the dog’s skin.
- Extended silicone caps can also be fitted if the dog’s hair is too long.
- Finally, directly shaving the dog’s neck just before putting on the Receiver will allow the static electrodes to reach the dog’s skin.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: When I press the Remote control button, my pet does not react.
- A: Ensure the Receiver is turned on.
- It’s possible that a low battery in the Remote control and Receiver is causing the Remote control distance to be lowered when you first use it.

- A: 10-15 minutes.

Finding the most appropriate level
Finding the most appropriate level of electric shock for your dog
Very important: Always begin with the lowest intensity level of electric shock, ranging from 0-99.
Gradually raise the intensity level, follow these steps to find the optimum level:
- Adjust the intensity level starting with level 1 0 on the LCD display on the Remote control, then press the shock button to observe how your dog reacts.
- Gradually increase the intensity level of the electric shock until your dog responds to the shock. If you do not notice any response from your dog, you can increase the shock intensity level again.
- Observe and record your dog’s reactions at all times, as well as the shack’s intensity level; interact with your dog to determine the optimal training level.
