UGREEN 40189 Video Capture Card
Video Capturing Configuration
- Step 1: Open OBS Studio> click on the “+” in the “Source” section> select “Video Capture Device”.
- Step 2: Assign a name for your source or use the default name directly, and then click “OK”.
- Step 3:
- Select your device from the “Device” drop-down list and click “OK”.
- The corresponding capture card name may be “USB Video “,”HDMI Capture”, “UGREEN HDMI Capture” or “UGREEN XXXXX”.
Note: “XXXXX” means the product number, it may vary due to different products.
Step 4: As the picture shows:
- Resolution/FPS Type: Select “Custom”.
- Resolution: Select “1920X 1080” (recommended). Higher or lower resolution is also available based on device specifications and preferred needs.
- FPS: Select “60” (recommended). Higher or lower frame rate is also available based on device specifications and preferred needs.
- Video Format: Select “YUY2” (recommended). Other formats are also available if your device supports.
- Color Space: Select “Default” (recommended).
- Color Range: Select “Default” (recommended).
- Buffering: Select the default “Auto-Detect” (recommended).
- Audio Output Mode : Select the default “Capture audio only” (recommended). Then click “OK” to complete the settings.
Audio Capturing Configuration

Step 1: Open OBS Studio> click on the “+” in the “Source” section> select “Audio Input Capture”.

Step 2: Assign a name for your source or use the default name directly, and then click “OK”.

Step 3:

Select your device from the audio device list and click “OK”.

The corresponding capture card name may be”USB Digital Audio”,”Capture Audio” o,”UGREEN HDMI Capture”or”UGREEN XXXXX”.
Note: “XXXXX” means the product number, it may vary due to different products. -
Step 4: Select the “Advanced Audio Properties” in the lower left corner of “Audio Mixer”, then a popup setting window will show.

Step 5: Select “Audio Input Capture” in the video capture device row> select “Monitor and Output”> click “Close”.
