ASSEMBLY

Step -1
Hold the spray gun straight on the table with your left hand.

Step -2
Hold the spray motor horizontally to the ground and join through the joining point on the spray motor.

Step -3
Rotate the spray motor in clockwise direction to fix it. You’ll hear a click sound when fixed.

Step -4
Your Spray Gun is now Assembled!

BEFORE USE
Before using the Buildskill -Pro.’BPS2300 Print .Sprayer, material preparation is the first stage. Please refer to the>thinking chart and picture given below for clarity

HOW TO USE

Step- 1

Wear the gloves before use. (Not provided with the box)
Step- 2

Unscrew the paint container from the spray gun by rotating it towards left.
Step- 3

Pour the material into the container.
Step- 4

Make sure that the material doesn’t exceed 1200 ml.

Adjust the shocker pipe to get the maximum paint
i. For painting facing top (e.g. roof), keep shocker pipe towards back of the container
ii. For painting facing down (e.g. floor), keep shocker pipe towards front of the container
Step-6

Adjust the Needier Adjusting Screw accordingly.
i. Rotate left to decrease paint volume, lowering the paint thickness.
ii. Rotate right to increase paint volume, increasing the paint thickness

Step- 7.

Adjust the spray length with the Jog Wheel
i. When wheel is rotated towards left, it sprays with the largest circle
ii. When wheel is rotated towards right, it sprays in the shape of an oval (or egg shape)
Step- 8

Adjust the nozzle for proper spray pattern i. Keeping it VERTICAL will give horizontal pattern
ii. Keeping it HORIZONTAL will give vertical pattern
Step~9

Plug the cable to the switch, pull that) level and paint will spray the nozzle
Step-10

Keep the coat even throughout by keeping stroke smooth and at even speed
INPORTANT – CLEANING INSTRUCTION
NOTE: Proper cleanup is essential to keep your sprayer in optimum working condition. Dried by-products act like glei and will cause moving ‘parts to stick. Failure” to properly clean your paint sprayer will damage the-unit; Taking the time to clean your sprayer immediately after use will help your sprayer lastlongerand work correctly. If you are finished with the project or not going toles the sprayer within the day, you must follow these instrlictions’for for proper cleanup. Never store the ‘sprayer longer than 30
minutes without cleaning. The provided “o0” pin is used to clean copper nozzles.
Step-1

Unplug sprayer from electrical outlet and pull trigger so that the material inside unit flows bacchante the container.

Empty any remaining (paint or stain material) from the container.
Step-3

Fill container 1/2 with appropriate cleaning solution, as recommended by the material manufacturer.
Step-3

Plug sprayer into an electrical outlet and press the trigger till solution passes through nozzle for several seconds.
Step-5

Remove the container and properly discard the cleaning solution. Unplug the sprayer from the electrical outlet and be ready to disassemble it and keep it safely.

DISMANTLING

Step-1

Slide the unlock knob towards the left direction
Step-2

Rotate the spray motor anti clock-wise till it is Perpendicular to the spray gun.
Step-2

Pull both the parts apart.
Step~4

Pack them in the box and store safely for next time use.
