The Full Face Gas Mask is a new, direct-designed gas mask that provides effective respiratory and facial protection during chemical, biological, and radioactive contamination (NBC). It is primarily used for military, public security, and civil defense purposes. However, it can also be used in various fields such as industry, agriculture, warehouse, and scientific research.

The Simple gas mask is made from high-quality natural rubber using an injection mold. It features elastic bands that offer strong elasticity and can be adjusted freely to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. The large triangular lenses are made of polycarbonate and have a specially treated surface to provide an open field of view, great optics, and impact resistance.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before using the gas mask, it is recommended to inspect it for any damages or defects.
2. To wear the gas mask, follow these steps:
   • Ensure the mask is clean and free from any obstructions.
   • Hold the mask with both hands and position it over your face.
   • Place the chin area of the mask on your lower chin and pull the elastic bands over your head.
   • Adjust the elastic bands to achieve a comfortable and secure fit.
3. To remove the gas mask, follow these steps:
   • Grasp the lower chin area of the mask.
   • Lift the mask off bottom-up.
4. After each use, it is important to properly maintain and store the gas mask:
   • Wipe the sweat on both sides of the mask.
   • Clean the glasses and exhale the valve.
   • Store the mask in a dry location.
   • If there is water penetration into the canister, replace the canister before future use.

The Simple mask uses an injection mold from high-quality natural rubber. The elastic bands offer strong elasticity and can be adjusted freely to ensure comfortable and most importantly offer air tight security.

Recommended inspection prior to use

Prepping the Simple Gas Mask

1. Check the position between glasses and eyes. If the position of your eyes rest 10mm higher than the horizontal center line, that confirms the size is correct. If it is higher than this, that means the size is small, and on the contrary if the size is big, the strap positioning will need to be adjusted.
2. Press the palm of your hand against the mask connector port firmly and take a breath. If the inner mask suctions to your face without any air leakage that means you have a proper fitting.

The procedure of wearing gas mask

1. Position the inner face guard flaps (Fillets) over your face comfortably
2. Tighten the straps to proper fitting.

Attention:

1. Fillets cannot be curled or be pressed inside the mask
2. The stretching forces on each fillet should be equal
3. Screw the 40mm canister tight to the connector in order to prevent air leakage
4. Consider both comfortability and air tightness while tightening the straps
5. If you are wearing the mask for long periods of time, the accumulation of sweat, on this occasion may arise. Bowing down while taking a deep breath would release the sweat from the exhaust.

To remove the gas mask off
Grasp the lower chin area of the mask and lift the mask off bottom-up.

Maintenance and storage

1. Wipe the sweat on both side of the mask after using and keep the glasses and exhale vale clean.
2. Store the mask in a dry location,
3. In the case there is water penetration into the canister, replace the canister prior to future mask usage.

COMFRTABLE TO WEAR

CAUTION:

1. The gas mask can only be used when the concentration of toxic gases in the air is <2% and the concentration of oxygen is >18%.
2. After each use, the upper part of the canister should be screwed on the screw cap and the bottom of the sealing plug should be plugged and stored to avoid internal moisture.
3. After each use of the gas mask, the mask must be cleaned, can improve the service life of the gas mask, the mask will be immersed in warm water at a temperature of not more than 49 ° C, cleaned with a soft brush until clean, and air dry in a clean environment.
4. When not in use, the mask and filter should be stored in a dry, clean, air-circulating environment, to prevent moisture and overheating.
