Troubleshooting Steps
Will not sync to my current device.
Service team: We are sorry to hear that you encounter issues with our devices.
Please perform the following to sync the watch to your device:
- Ensure that the watch is connected to your phone when syncing the Huawei ID.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to download HMS Core, or update HMS Core to the latest version.
- Ensure that the network is stable when syncing the HUAWEI ID. If the network signal is poor, move to a different network environment or connect the watch to a WLAN, and then try again.
- If the issue persists after doing the above troubleshooting steps, please log out and log in HUAWEI account on HUAWEI Health and try again.
No way to turn off Bluetooth no way to answer messages and really hard to find app on android without downloading an apk
Service team: Please perform the following to turn off Bluetooth:
- Turn the phone/tablet Bluetooth off, this way the device will be disconnected from your phone/tablet.
- On the main watch face, scroll from the top side of the screen, scroll to Settings – Bluetooth – Turn off the setting.
Battery life inadequate!
For heart rate issues:
Manually measure the heart rate by touching Heart rate in the app list of the
watch to start the measure.
If Continuous heart rate monitoring is enabled, the watch can measure your
heart rate 24/7 based on your workout status, letting you know your heart rate
better.
For SpO2 – Blood Oxygen Levels:
The measure interval depends on various situations, such as:
- Joining the sleep apnea project. The minimum interval for measuring SpO2 is 1 minute.
- Non-sleep state or static state, the minimum interval is 10 minutes.
- When not worn, or in an active state, the monitoring will not be made, and it will start once the device is worn.
Battery life:
Up to 14 days for typical applications scenarios, for example, Bluetooth call
is 30 minutes/week, music playback – 30 minutes/week.
Up to 8 days for intensive application scenarios, and the actual battery life
may be vary depending on your watch usage habits
