- Check if the charging indicator on the laptop blinks. If it does, it indicates that the laptop can be charged properly.
- Connect the laptop to a power supply and charge it until the battery level exceeds 30%.
- Visit the Huawei official website to download the latest BIOS version.
- Upgrade the BIOS version to 1.41 or later.

Troubleshooting Steps
Connect your laptop to the power supply, and leave it to charge for 5 minutes at room temperature (about 20°C). Then, try to power it on again to enter Windows. If the laptop still cannot be charged, follow the steps outlined in Method 1.
Update the PC Manager patch. To update the patch, follow these steps:
- Press Win+R or enter regedit in the search box in the lower left corner of the taskbar to open the registry editor. Delete Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Huawei\ProductPatch from the registry, as shown in the following figure. If the ProductPatch folder is not found in the registry, go to the next step.
- Open PC Manager and go to Settings > Check for updates. The system will automatically download the patch. After the check is complete, wait for one minute.
- The patch will then be automatically installed. Close the registry editor. Press Win+R or enter regedit in the search box in the lower left corner of the taskbar to reopen the registry editor. Press F5 to refresh the registry and check whether the patch version is 11.3.3.3.029 or later, as shown in the following figure.
