Product Usage Instructions

  1. Press the MENU button on your remote control.
  2. Select AUTO TUNE from the menu options.
  3. Make sure the screen displays “Astra 2E, 2F and 2G” at the top.
  4. Click on the search button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. The TV will now scan for channels.

Why can I not find any channels on satellite TV?
Make sure to check the following:

  • Ensure that the Satellite dish/LNB setup and all cables are connected correctly.
  • Verify that the dish is not pointing at any obstructions such as trees or tall buildings.
  • Ensure that your location is within the footprint of the desired satellite transponder.

How do I get the best TV signal?
To receive channels correctly, you must have a signal from one of the following sources:

  • Cello Electronics recommends using an outdoor aerial suitable for receiving digital television transmissions.
  • Using an indoor or portable aerial may result in a loss of full digital service due to impaired signal quality.
  • If you are unsure, it is advisable to consult a professional aerial installer.

How do I turn on subtitles?
To enable subtitles, press the subtitle button located under the BLUE button on your remote control.

Factory Reset

To resolve many issues you can do a full factory reset of the TV. To do this press the source button and numbers 2,5,8,0 in a fast sequence. This will bring up factory settings, choose settings and press OK. Go down to shipping and press ok again. The TV will turn off and back on, from here please retune your TV.

Why is my TV getting no signal?

  • To search for channels please –
  • Press SOURCE, make sure that Satellite is highlighted on the list.
  • Press MENU – AUTO TUNE – Make sure it says Astra 2E, 2F and 2G at the top.
  • Click on search at the bottom and TV will scan for channels.

Cello Electronics recommend the use of an outdoor Aerial suitable for receiving digital television transmissions. The use of an indoor or portable aerial is most likely to result in loss of full digital service as the quality of the digital signal may be impaired. It is advisable to consult a professional aerial installer if in doubt.

How do I turn on subtitles?
