Important safeguards

Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
When using the product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of injury including the following:

• Do not let children play with the product.
• Always use the product on a firm, level ground.
• Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
• Regularly examine the product for wear and tear. Stop using the product at first sign of damage or if parts become detached.
• Do not use a mechanical air pump.
• Keep the product away from sharp objects such as rocks, twigs, thorns, and sharp surfaces.
• Keep pets and other animals away from the product.
• Keep the product away from flames, sparks and chemicals, including sunscreen, chlorine and insect spray.
• Do not use the product as a flotation device.

Product Description

Before First Use

DANGER Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets – these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.

• Remove all the packing materials.
• Check the product for transport damages.

Use
Inflating the sleeping pad

1. Turn the sleeping pad over so that both air valves face upwards.
2. Open the internal foot foam pump valve (Fig. 1 ).
3. Place 1 foot on top of the internal foot foam pump valve and the internal foot foam pump (Fig. 2).
4. Step straight down to push air into the sleeping pad. The sole of the foot must completely cover the opening of the valve when stepping down.
5. Slightly lift the foot from the valve and internal foot foam pump to let air into the pump as the foam expands.
6. Continue to pump rapidly with the foot until the sleeping pad inflates to desired firmness (Fig. 2). Do not over inflate.
7. Close the internal foot foam pump cover (Fig. 3).

Deflating the sleeping pad

1. Turn the sleeping pad over so that both air valves face upwards.
2. Open the deflation valve to let air out (Fig. 4).
3. Open the internal foot foam pump valve. Compress the foam to remove excess air. Close the pump valve to keep the foam compressed.
4. Starting with the internal foot foam pump, roll the pad towards the deflation valve. While rolling, use your hand to push air out of the sleeping pad.
5. When the air has been removed, unroll the sleeping pad, then fold for storage.
   Cleaning, Storage and Maintenance

Cleaning

• Inflate the product before cleaning and ensure all valves are sealed. Spot clean with a damp cloth to remove stains or residue when needed.
• Do not store the product while wet.
• Do not wash the product in a washing machine.
• To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.

Storage

Store the product in the stuff sack when not in use.
Folding for storage

1. Deflate the sleeping pad.
2. Fold the internal foot foam pump, then fold the sleeping pad in thirds along its length (Fig. 5).
3. Roll the sleeping pad starting from the internal foot foam pump toward the deflation valve (Fig. 6).
4. Place the sleeping pad inside the stuff sack.

Maintenance

Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging.
Disposal

Dispose of the product according to local regulations. If in doubt, consult your local authorities.
