Usage tips

  • Clean the rotating sieve (4) at regular intervals to prevent blockage when juicing a large amount of fruits and vegetables.
  • It is recommended to pour a small amount of fruit juice into the juicer when juicing soft fruits and vegetables.
  • Use fresh fruit and vegetables at peak ripeness as these contain the most juice.
  • Fruits with pits and hard seeds such as nectarines, peaches, apricots, plums, and cherries must be pitted before juicing.
  • Starchy fruits and vegetables (e.g. banana, mango, sugar cane, avocado, pumpkin) are not suitable for juicing.
  • Roll up leafy vegetables (e.g. cabbage and spinach) to fit into the funnel.
  • The most suitable fruits and vegetables for juicing include: orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, melon, pineapple, tomato, cucumber, and carrots.
  • Drink juice immediately after juicing. The juice will lose taste and nutritional value if it is left exposed to air for a long period of time.
  • Fresh apple juice may turn brown when exposed to air. Add lemon juice to slow down browning.
  • Leftover pulp after juicing can be used in cake and muffin recipes.
  • Add sparkling or still water to dilute the juice.
