Safety Precautions

1. DO NOT place or use the product in the environment of high temperature, humidity, strong static electricity and strong magnetic field.
2. DO NOT plug and unplug the product with wet hands.
3. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
4. DO NOT use the product if it is contaminated with water or dirt.
5. Non-professional personnel are not allowed to modify, repair or disassemble the product without authorization.
6. DO NOT use the product in excess of its output rating to avoid fire or injury to persons.
7. DO NOT expose the product to rain or snow.
8. Only use the certified QC 3.0 18W fast charging wall adapter to power the product.
9. DO NOT plug the product into computer USB ports or any other non-certified USB ports.
10. Please align the center area of your phone with the “+” sign of the wireless charger while charging.
11. Make sure to disconnect the product from power before cleaning.
12. It is normal and safe that you hear humming noise when you’re very close to the wireless charger.
13. Please remove your phone case before charging if the thickness> 5mm/0.2in.

About Indicator Lights

1. Power-On State:
   The green light, blue light and light blue light will flash, and then the green light will be always on.

2. Power-On State:
   The green light, blue light and light blue light will flash, and then the green light will be always on.

3. Standby State:
   The green light will be always on.

4. Charging State:
   When the phone is being charged, the blue breathing light will be always on. (Note: There will be no indicator light display when the earbuds or watch is being charged. The indicator lights can be turned off via the switch.)

5. FOD (Foreign Object Detection):
   The blue and green lights on the phone charging area will continuously flash alternately. There will be no indicator light display on the earbuds or watch charging area and charging will stop.

6. Fully Charged State:
   When the phone is fully charged, the blue light will be always on.

7. Low Voltage State (Adapter 5V Power Supply):
   The green indicator light will flash slowly.
   Note: You can turn on or off the indicator light because it’s designed with a touch switch.

How to Solve Abnormal Charging

1. Confirm whether your mobile phone has wireless charging function before use.

2. Check whether the phone deviates from the wireless inductive charging area of the charger.

3. Check whether a non-metallic protective case is used for charging your mobile phone.
   (Note: The thickness of the protective case is recommended not to exceed 5mm/0.2in.)

4. When there are metal objects on the charging area, the wireless charger will auto detect them and provide power off protection.

5. When the temperature of the wireless charger is too high, it will automatically start the protection. Please unplug the power supply first and use the charger after it recovers the temperature.

6. When the abnormal charging situation occurs, please restart your device. Wait for the charger to cool down, and try to remove the protective case of your device to charge.

7. For better charging experience, please upgrade the software of your phone, watch or earbuds to the latest version.

Q: What is the charging interface of the product?
A: It is a Type-C charging port instead of a USB-A charging port (Note: A USB-C cable is included).

Q: Why does the product heat up?
A: It is normal if the product heats up slightly during charging, which won’t affect its safety and service life.

Q: What safety protections does this product have?
A: It has overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, overheating protection, and more.
