(l)Why doesn’t this wireless charging station work?

1. .Make sure you r phone supports wireless charging.
2. The wireless charging station supports charging with case thickness Sum. Warm note: The metal cases, magnetic/metal accessories, credit cards in the back of phone need to be removed before charging.
3. Please p lace the mobile phone according to the charging position of different mobile phone types in the manual. Because different phones have different posit ions of charging coils
4. Please update the system of your watch to latest version if your watch can’t be charged or get hot. It is common that Samsung Watch is a little hot when charging.
5. lf the charger’s indicator does not light up after connecting the power supply, please contact us directly.
6. Please use the charging cable and QC3.0 adapter in our package when charging
7. Attentions: (1) Not for Apple Watch (2) Headphones that only support Type-c charging port

It can work for z Flip, p lease make sure to p lace z flip phone in the middle of the charging station.

(3)Does this 3-in-1 folding charging station support wireless fast charging?

Yes, t his mobile phone charging station can support Phone SW/7.SW/10W/15w (Max), (Samsung – l □ W; iPhone – 7.SW; ).but in the end it depends on how much wattage your mobile phone itself is suitable for. Confined by the current w ire less charging technology, wireless charging is generally slower than traditional wired charging.

(4) If you’re using the wireless charger with the recommended QC3.0/ QC2.0 adapter and have removed any potential
charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try:

(a) Replacing the cable connecting the wireless charger.
(b) Rebooting your phone.
(c) Unplug the adapter and Reinert.

(5) How can the watch charging module be used alone after disassembly?

(a) It can be used by connecting a power bank through the Type-c port.
