Usage Instructions

Step:1
Paste the 4 anti-slip mats onto the bottom of the bottom basket (if needed).

Step:2
Press the two wheels into the holes on both sides of the bottom basket.

Step:3
Insert the 4 stainless steel tubes into the bottom basket and then put the top basket on the tubes

Step:4
Buckle the four hooks onto the top basket.
