CAUTION: The extender needs to follow the direct interconnection method CAT cable.

The extender will go into protection mode automatically and no video out when using cross interconnection method CAT cable.

Introduction
The ipcolor 4K @60Hz l8Gbps 4:4:4 HDR HDMI lX8 Splitter Extender Over 70Meter Cat6 is al input 8 outputs splitter extender kit, which integrates the functions of distribution and extension. It distributes l HDMI input signal to 8 identical signal outputs, extends these signals up to 70 meters, and supports 4K@60Hz resolution. It also supports bi-directional IR passback, RS-232 control and other functions. It is suitable for studios, multimedia classrooms, rail transit, etc.

RS232 settings
The default configuration is as follows:
- Baud rate: 9600
- Data bits: 8
- Stop bits: l
- Parity: 0
Note that you need to press the ‘Enter’ key to send the control command.
EDID settings:
There are 76 built-in EDIDs in the product, which can be switched through the
DIP switch. The upward DIP switch indicates ”7″, and the downward DIP switch
indicates”O”.

Transmitter
- Power indicator: The indicator will turn blue when the power is turned on
- EDID DIP switch: Set output resolution through the EDID DIP switch
- IR in : Connect with IR receiver extension cable
- IR out : Connect with IR blaster extension cable
- RESET: Restart the device
- R345 output port : Connect with Cat6/6A/7 network cables
- HDMI output port : Connect with HDMI display device with HDMI cable
- HDMI input port: Connect with HDMI source device with HDMI cable
- 9 RS-232 Port: Connect with the external device to control the transmitter
- Power: Connect with DC 12V/3A power adapter
Receiver

- Audio switch : Choose to decode audio from HDMI or ARC output from fiber optic interface
- RJ45 signal input: Connect with network cable
- Power/Signal indicator: When there is power and no HDMI signal, the indicator will flash, when there is an HDMI signal, the indicator will light solid blue
- DCSV input: Connect with DCSV/ZA power adapter
- RJ45 signal output : Connect with network cable
- S/PDIF out: Output digital audio signal
- HDMI output: Connect with HDMI display device
- IR in: Connect with the IR receiver extension cable, please make sure the remote control used is within the effective range
- IR out: Connect with the IR blaster extension cable, please get closer to the source device while using
