Questyle NHB12 True Lossless Earphone
Product Information
The NHB12 is a pair of True Lossless (TLS) Earphones developed by Questyle and certified to meet Apple’s MFi standards. When connected to Apple devices with a Lightning interface like the iPhone, the NHB12 achieves Hi-Res lossless music reproduction. It supports Hi-Res lossless music reproduction up to 192kHz and 24bit. The NHB12 features Questyle’s patented and in-house developed audio SiP (System in Package), Current Mode Amplification Technology, and a finely-tuned anti-impact acoustic circuit design. It is a product of small size, low power consumption, and tremendous performance. The earphones come with an interchangeable cable design, allowing you to switch out the Lightning connector cable with the included 3.5mm headphone jack cable for use with any system with a headphone output. The NHB12 also includes 5 pairs of ear tips of different sizes for you to choose the best fit for your ears.
Product Usage Instructions
- Choose the ear tip that feels most comfortable and secure in your ear from the 5 pairs of ear tips provided.
- Attach the chosen ear tips onto the NHB12 earphones.
- Place the earphones into your ear canals, ensuring that the earphone marked “L” is placed in your left ear, and “R” in your right ear.
- Wind the earphone cable behind your auricle for a secure fit.
- If using with an Apple device with a Lightning interface, connect the NHB12 to the device using the Lightning connector cable.
- If using with a system with a headphone output, switch out the Lightning connector cable with the included 3.5mm headphone jack cable and connect the NHB12 to the system.
- Adjust the volume and playback controls on your device or system as desired.
- When not in use, store the NHB12 in the leather storage case provided, with the detachable band wrapped around the cable to protect the DAC & Amp from bumps and scratches.

The sample rate indicator lights illuminate when music is played through the NHB12 via the Lightning connector.

Leather Storage Case
NHB12 Leather Storage Case
A detachable band is built into the NHB12 leather storage case for winding the cable conveniently. When not in use, store the NHB12 in the leather storage case with detachable band wrapped around the cable (as shown in the diagram below), in order to best protect the DAC & Amp from bumps and scratches.
Wearing the NHB12
The NHB12 TLS Earphone adopts an over-ear design to minimize stethoscope effects and provide the best sound experience. For optimal performance, please choose the ear tip that best fits your ear canal per the following instructions: Choose the ear tip that feels most comfortable and secure in your ear. Try out each of the 5 pairs of ear tips to find the one that works best for you.
- Once the correct ear tip pair is chosen, attach the ear tips onto the earphones, place the earphones into your ear canals on their respective sides, and finally wind the earphone cable behind your auricle, as shown in the diagram to the right.
- Ensure that the earphone marked “L” is placed in your left ear, and “R” in your right ear.
- The NHB12’s cable is interchangeable. A 3.5mm headphone jack cable is included in the box, along with the Lightning cable originally connected to the earphones.

Connect to iPhone/iPad
- Connect the Lightning cable to your iPhone, and use Apple Music Lossless or another Hi-Res lossless music app to start enjoying true lossless audio.
Using the 3.5mm Connector Cable
When the earphones are attached to the included 3.5mm cable, the NHB12 can be used with Questyle’s Portable Lossless Music Player (QP1R, QP2R, QPM), Portable DAC & Amp (M12, M15), as well as other products with 3.5mm headphone outputs.
