Product Information

The product is a Bluetooth headset with Type-C charging capabilities. It comes with wireless earphones, a charging case, a Type-C charging cable, and an instruction manual. The headset

Product Usage Instructions

Power On

  1. Touch the MFB button for about 2 seconds to turn on the earphone when it is off.
  2. Take the earphone from the charging case, and it will automatically turn on.

Power Off

  1. Touch the MFB button for 4 seconds to turn off the earphone.
  2. Put the earphone into the charging case and cover the case. The earphone will turn off automatically when it is fully charged.

Pairing
When the earphone is off, touch the MFB button for about 4 seconds to turn it on and enter pairing mode. The phone will search
for the pairing name of the earphone. The indicator light will flash blue 3 times when pairing is successful. The earphone will automatically pair in the next use.

Answer / Hang up the Call
During an incoming call, touch the left or right MFB button to answer the call. During a call, touch the left or right MFB button to hang up.

Reject Calls
Touch the left or right MFB button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Play / Pause Music
Touch the left or right MFB button to play or pause music.

Previous / Next Track
Double touch the left MFB button to go to the previous track.
Double touch the right MFB button to go to the next track.

Voice Prompt Switching
Triple touch the left or right MFB button to switch the language in pairing mode.

Game Mode / Music Mode
Triple touch the left or right MFB button to switch between game mode and music mode.

Voice Assistant
Touch the MFB button for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant.

Charging Instructions

  1. TWS Earphones Team Up
    • Open the charging case and remove the earphones. They will turn on automatically.
    • Keep the Bluetooth earphones and the phone (or other connected device) within 50cm (as close as possible).
  2. Pairing
    • Turn on the Bluetooth interface of the phone and the earphones.
    • The indicator lights of the earphones will flash blue and red.
    • Search for the pairing name and click to pair. The indicator lights will flash 3 times when pairing is successful.
  3. Disconnect
    • If the earphone and the mobile phone are connected and they leave the effective communication range, the connection will be disconnected.
    • The mobile phone will automatically reconnect when they re-enter the effective communication range within 5 minutes.

Troubleshooting
If you hear the sound of a click, it means the earphone and the mobile phone have been disconnected due to being outside the effective communication range. They will automatically reconnect when they are within range again.

Matters Needing Attention

Warning: Batteries must be recycled or properly disposed of when the product’s batteries are removable. Do not disassemble the battery if it is not removable. Improper use of the battery may cause explosion, leakage, burns, and other injuries. Function operation

Power On

  1. Touch the MFB button about 2 seconds to turn on when the earphone is off.
  2. Take the earphone from the charging case, the earphone will automatically turn on.

Power off

  1.  Touch the MFB button 4 seconds to turn off.
  2.  Put the earphone into the charging case, cover the case, the earphone will turn off automatically when the earphone is charged.
  • Pairing : when the earphone is off, touch the MFB button about 4 seconds to turn on, then enter pairing mode. The phone will search pairing name of the earphone. The indicator light will flash blue 3 times when pairing successful, the earphone will automatically pairing in next time.
  • Answer / hang up the call: touch the left or right MFB button to answer the call, touch the left or right MFB button to hang up the call during calling.
  • Reject calls: touch the left or right MFB button for 2 seconds.
  • Play / pause music : touch the left or right MFB button to play / pause music.
  • Previous / next track: Double touch the left MFB button to the previous track and double touch the right MFB touch button to next track.
  • Voice prompt switching: triple touch the left or right MFB button to switch language in pairing mode.
  • Game mode / music mode: triple touch the left or right MFB button to game mode, then triple touch the left or right MFB button from game mode to music mode.
  • Voice Assistant: touch the MFB button for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant.

Charging instructions

Earphones charging

  • Place the earphones in the charging case, the indicator light is steady red, and the charging case display is steady on.
  • The earphone indicator light and charging case display are off when fully charged.

Charging case charging

  •  Plug the type-C cable into the Type-C port on the back of the charging case.
  • The display of the charging case blinks slowly during charging, and displays 100 when fully charged.

Low power alarm of charging case

  • When the value 10 is displayed on the display, it indicates that the charging case is insufficient and the display blinks slowly.

TWS earphones team up

  • TWS earphones team up
    • The TWS is paired default when the earphone is turned on. The indicator light of the main earphone flashes red and blue alternately after pairing, and the light of the secondary earphone does not light up.
  • TWS headphones regroup
    Touch the MFB key for 8 seconds (restore the factory Settings) until the blue and white light is on. Then turn the left and right earphones on again and the earphone team up. After the earphones automatic team up successfully, you can use your phone to search the pairing name.

Pairing

  • Open the charging case, remove the earphones from the case, it will turn on automatically; keep the Bluetooth earphones and the phone (or other connected device) within 50cm. (as close as possible).
  • Turn on the Bluetooth interface of the phone, turn on the earphones, and the indicator lights of the earphones will flash the blue and red light. Search the paring name and click to pairing, the indicator lights will flash 3 times when pairing successful.

Disconnect
To disconnect the earphones from your phone (for example, connecting the earphones to another Bluetooth device), use any of the following methods:

  • Turn off earphones
  • Use your phone’s Bluetooth feature to disconnect the earphones from your phone.

Troubleshooting

Hear the sound of “click”
Since the protocol distance of Bluetooth is an open area, the transmission distance can reach 10m in barrieless conditions. When the earphone and the mobile phone are connected, the connection will be disconnected when they leave the effective communication range, and the mobile phone will be automatically connected when they re-enter the effective communication range within 5 minutes.

There is no sound in the earphones.

  • Make sure the earphone is powered on and fully charged.
  • The device can’t connect to the earphone
  • Make sure the earphone is paired with your device.
  • Make sure your device’s Bluetooth is enabled.
  • Make sure that the earphone is located within 10 meters of the device and there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices.

If the above steps can’t solve the problem, please try the following methods

  • Re-charge your earphone.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Delete your device past pairing history.
  • Re-pair the earphone with your phone.

  • Do not use corrosive cleaning agents to clean the product.
  •  Do not allow this product to heat or be near fire sources, such as cooking stoves.
  •  Do not expose this product to direct sunlight for a long time.
  •  Do not dispose of this product in fire to avoid explosion.
  •  Do not attempt to disassemble this product for any modification, as it does not contain any repair components.
  •  Do not use this product in the rain.
  •  In order to better protect your hearing, do not turn the volume too high.
  •  Do not clean the product while it is charging. Separate the earphone from the charger before cleaning it.
  •  Do not allow children to play with this product, small parts may cause choking hazards to children.
