THE SMOKING BOX™

Once you’ve got the basics down, The Smoking Box will up the level of your cocktails. Providing dramatic effect, bold aromatics and a wonderful visual, this tool will be the crown jewel of any bar set.

Attach the end of the tube with the telescoping plastic piece. Attach the other end of the tube to the round opening underneath the box.

Prepare the food or cocktail, then set the item in the middle of the box and close both doors.

TIP: It’s best to start with a little smoke, as more can always be added if needed.

THE SMOKING CLOCHE™

Blending vintage flair with modern ergonomics, The Smoking Cloche infuses cocktails and food with savory, smoky flavor. It’s crafted of thick, clear glass with a silicone ring to keep the smoke safely contained.

Attach the end of the tube with the telescoping plastic piece over the small round opening in the handheld smoker. Attach the other end of the tube to the round opening in the side of the wooden board.

Prepare the food or cocktail, then place on the wood base. Replace the glass cloche fitting it securely in the grove of the wooden base.
