Product Information

The Electric Cold Mounting Machine is a device used for mounting  and laminating cold laminating film onto pictures or othermaterials. It is equipped with adjustable rollers to provide precise pressure and alignment for a smooth and bubble-free mounting process. The machine also features a foot control function for convenient operation.

Mounting Instructions

1. Remove the bracket, transom, and wooden box from the machine.
2. Fix the bracket and crosspiece together using screws.
3. Reserve four holes (approximately two) and attach four foot pads to the bottom of the machine.
4. Plug in the power cord.
5. Adjust the roller mounting pressure and separation at both ends of the machine.
6. Place the cold laminating film and pictures around the alignment in the rollers.
7. Turn the knob to ensure that the upper and lower rollers parallelly collide.
8. Loosen the knob slightly to equalize the pressure at both ends.
9. Apply gentle pressure to avoid bubbles and wrinkles in the film.
10. Check for a red ball on the right side of the machine, which is used to activate the electric function.
11. Pull out the switch to activate the hand function.
12. Use the control panel to start the machine by pressing the FWD button.
13. Adjust the speed using the 1-9 file buttons.
14. Press STOP when you need to stop the machine.
15. If necessary, use the REV switch to push back during the mounting process.
16. For foot control, switch to the FOOT pedal switch for FWD and release to stop.

Roller Cleaning and Equipment Maintenance:

1. When cleaning the roller, use a soft cloth dipped in gasoline or neutral detergent to scrub it.
2. After cleaning, wipe the roller dry with a cloth. Do not use metal sheets or hard materials for scraping.
3. Regularly add lubrication to the rotating screw rod.
4. If the machine is not used for a long time, separate the upper and lower rubber rollers to prevent deformation.

Tripod mounting

• First step ：The bracket and the transom and the wooden box removed, the bracket and the crosspiece is fixed by screws.
• Second step： 4 holes are reserved (about 2), and the bottom of the machine is provided with 4 foot pads.
• Assembly details ：Remove the top of the board, complete with holder and remove side bracket parts. Operating instructions

1. Plug in the power cord
2. 4. At the moment you can operate the control panel, the button FWD to start work, the speed of the 1-9 file can be + – adjust the speed of. Please press STOP when you need to stop. In the process of mounting, if necessary, you can push back REV switch. The machine is equipped with foot control function, the key switch to the FOOT foot pedal switch will FWD pedal release will stop.

Roller cleaning and equipment maintenance
