SUNCO LIGHTING 52W-71W-98W-120W LED Flood Light

Product Information

The LED Flood Light is a powerful lighting fixture designed for outdoor use. It provides bright and efficient illumination for various applications. The flood light is equipped with a yoke mount for easy installation and aiming. It also features a power and CCT selectable version, allowing users to customize the power and color temperature according to their needs. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Read all instructions in the user manual before attempting installation.
  2. Yoke Mounting:
  3. Connect the wires to L (Line), N (Neutral), and GND (Ground).
  4. Mount the fixture to the desired surface using the hole pattern provided on the trunnion bracket.
  5. Loosen the center bolts and set the screw.
  6. Rotate the fixture to the desired aiming position and tighten the center bolts.
  7. Tighten the set screw.
  8. Refer to the wiring diagrams for the power connection.
  9. Power and CCT Selectable Version:
  10. Remove the 1/2 screw plug located on the bottom of the fixture.
  11. Select the desired Power (White) and CCT (Black) by sliding the respective switch to the desired value according to the figure.
  12. Replace the 1/2 screw plug and tighten it with a flat head screwdriver.

Troubleshooting:

Turn off the power before continuing.

  1. Light does not come ON:
  2. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
  3. Confirm that the wall switch is ON.
  4. Check if the wiring to the unit is loose.
  5. Verify that the line voltage at the fixture is correct.
  6. Confirm that the wiring is properly secured.
  7. Light cycles ON and OFF continuously:
  8. Check the photocell if it is sensing reflected light.
  9. Light stays ON:
  10. Ensure that the photocell, if used, is functioning properly.

  • Disconnect the product and allow cooling before servicing.

  • To prevent product malfunction and/or electrical shock this product must be properly grounded.
  • LIMIT RANGE OF A DJUSTMENT TO.
  • Suitable for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from – 40°F + 104°F.
  • This product must be installed by the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
  • Min 167°F. supply conductors.
  • Suitable for mounting within 1.2 m (4 ft) of the ground
  • This product is not available for several special environments, such as places with corrosive gas liquids or high-pressure water vapor.

INSTALLATION

Yoke Mounting

  1. Connect the wires to L / N / GND
  2. Mount the fixture to the surface using the hole pattern provided on the trunnion bracket.
  3. Loosen the center bolts and set the screw.
  4. Rotate the fixture to the desired aiming position and tighten the center bolts.
  5. Tighten the set screw.
  6. Refer to the wiring diagrams for the power connection.

Power and CCT selectable version

  1. Remove the 1/2″ screw plug on the bottom of the fixture.
  2. Select Power(White) and CCT(Black) by sliding the respective switch to the desired value according to the figure.
  3. Replace the 1/2″ screw plug and tighten it with a flat-head screwdriver.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Turn off the power before continuing

  1. The light does not come ON.
  2. A. Check if the circuit breaker tripped.
  3. B. Confirm wall switch is ON.
  4. C. Check that if the wiring to the unit is loose.
  5. D. Check that the line voltage at the fixture is correct.
  6. E. Confirm wiring is properly secured.
  7. Light cycles ON and OFF continuously.
  8. Check the photocell if sensing reflected light.
  9. Light stays ON.
  10. Be sure the photocell, if used, is functioning properly.
