Make sure you have received an undamaged product. If you do find transport damage, please contact the seller from which you purchased the product, or the regional warehouse from which it was supplied.

Wireless safety strategy

This product only supports WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE encryption or no encryption.
WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE encryption is recommended.

Caution

The control process may occasionally time out due to different network situations. If this happens, the board and app displays may differ. Please do not be confused.
Your smartphone camera needs to be 5 million pixels or above to ensure that the QR code can be scanned correctly.
The request may occasionally time out due to different network situations and you will have to configure the network again.
The app system is subject to update without prior notice for enhancement of product features. The actual network configuration process may differ slightly from what is set out in the manual: the relevant process must be applied.

DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE APP

CAUTION The following QR code is only to be used for downloading the app. It has no similarities with the QR code supplied with the product.

Android users: scan the Android QR code or go to Google Play, search for the “Net Home Plus” app and download it.
iOS users: scan the iOS QR code or go to the App Store, search for the “Net Home Plus” app and download it.

USER REGISTRATION

Please ensure your mobile device is connected to a wireless router. Also ensure that the wireless router is connected to the Internet prior to user registration and network configuration.
It is better to log in to your email and activate your registration there by clicking the link in case you forget the password. You can log in with third party accounts.

1. Click “Create Account”
2. Enter your email address and password, then click “Registration”
   

NETWORK CONFIGURATION

Caution

You have to forget any other local network and make sure your Android or iOS device just connects to the wireless network you want to configure.
Make sure the wireless feature for your Android or iOS device works well and can connect back to your original wireless network automatically.

Reminder

The user must complete all steps in 8 minutes after powering on the air conditioner, otherwise it will need to be powered back on.

Using an Android or iOS device for network configuration

Make sure your mobile device has already been connected to the wireless network that you want to use. You also need to forget other irrelevant wireless networks in case these influence your configuration process.
Disconnect the AC power supply.
Connect the AC power supply, then press the “LED DISPLAY” or “DO NOT DISTURB” button seven times in 10 seconds.
If the AC displays “AP”, this means that the AC wireless is already in “AP” mode.

Note

There are two ways to complete network configuration:
Network configuration by means of a Bluetooth scan Network configuration by adding a smart device.

Network configuration by means of a Bluetooth scan

Note: Make sure the Bluetooth on your mobile device is working.

1. Press “+ Add Device”
   

2. Press “Scan for nearby devices”

3. Wait for the system to find your smart device, then click to add it.
   

4. Select your home wireless network and then enter the password.

5. Wait to connect to the network.
   

6. You can also customise the device name when your system is configured correctly.
   

7. You can now see the device in your list. You can follow the next step if you are still unable to connect your device.

Network configuration by adding a smart device

1. Add your smart device if Bluetooth network configuration fails.
   

2. Follow the above steps to enter “AP” mode.
   

3. Connect to the wireless network.

4. Enter your password.
   

5. Network configuration is successful.

6. Enter your password. You can see the device in your list when your system is configured correctly.

NOTE:

The app will indicate successful configuration on screen when network configuration is complete.

The device status may still indicate that the display is offline due to a different Internet environment. In this case, you have to pull up and refresh the device list in the app and make sure the device status changes to online. Alternatively, the user can turn off the AC power supply and turn it back on – the device will come online after few minutes.

HOW TO USE THE APP

Please ensure that both your mobile device and the air conditioner are connected to the Internet before using the app to control the air conditioner. To do this, follow the next steps:

1. Click “Sign in”.

2. Select your air conditioner.
   

3. This allows the user to control the air conditioner’s on/off status, operating mode, temperature, fan speed and so on.

NOTE
Not all app features are available on the air conditioner, such as the ECO, Turbo and Swing features. Please see the user manual for more information.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Schedule
The user can set a specific time to turn the AC on or off on a weekly basis. The user also can select circulation in order to keep the AC under schedule control every week.

Sleep

The user can customise their own comfortable sleep by setting a target temperature.

Check
The user can use this feature to check the AC operating status with ease. The AC will be able to display normal items, abnormal items and detailed information when this procedure is complete.

Share Device
The air conditioner can be controlled by multiple users at the same time by using the Share Device feature.

1. Click “Shared QR code”
2. QR code display.
3. . The other users must log in to the Net Home Plus app first, then click Add Share Device on their own mobile. You then have to ask them to scan the QR code.
4. Now the others can add the shared device.
