Safety Precautions

  1. To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge it once at least every 3months.
  2. Do not put the product near the magnetic card with magnetic stripe or chip (ID card, bank card, etc.) to avoid the invalidation of the magnetic card.
  3. Please keep the implanted medical device(pacemaker, implantable cochlea, etc.) at least 20cm directly away from the product to avoid potential interference with the medical device.
  4. Always keep this device dry and do not clean it with chemical agents.
  5. Do not crash, avoid dropping, disassemble, impale or put this device into humid conditions.
  6. Avoid extreme temperatures
  7. Do not use it to charge devices with incompatible current and voltage, which cause fire or other problems.
  8. The heating caused by wireless charging is anormal phenomenon(the ambient temperature will also affect the heating).

When it's not charging for this device:

● Please make sure the power is on and the is power left in this device.
