NOTE| 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC
input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12″ twisted
pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load
regulation.
4. Derating may be needed under low input voltage. Please check the static
characteristics for more details.
5. Please refer to “Drilling METHODS OF LED MODULE”.
6. Heat sink HS1,HS2 can not be shorted.
7. Heat sink HS1 must have safety isolation distance with system case.
8. The power supply is considered as a component that will be operated in
combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by
the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify
EMC Directive on the complete installation again.
9. Direct connecting to LEDs is suggested, but is not suitable for using
additional drivers.
10. To fulfill requirements of the latest ErP regulation for lighting
fixtures, this LED power supply can only be used behind a switch without
permanently connected to the mains.
11. The power supply is considered a component which will be installed into a
final equipment. All the EMC tests are been executed by mounting the unit on a
360mm *360mm metal plate with 1mm of thickness. The final equipment must be
re-confirmed that it still meets EMC directives. For guidance on how to
perform these EMC tests, please refer to EMl testing of component power
supplies. (as available on http://www.meanwell.com)
12. PLP-60-12 is used for any light source that exempt from the ErP-Directive
(EU) 2019/2020 requirement, for example this model could be use for signaling
products(including, but not limited to road-, railway-, marineorair traffic-
signaling , traffic control or airfield lamps) .
