Safety Precautions

  1. This product requires constant supervision. Do not leave the product unattended while in use. After use, monitor the product as it may remain at high temperatures that can cause burns. Always use heat resistant gloves when handling hot tools.
  2. Only burn seasoned hard wood or fire logs in the fire ring.
  3. Do not use gas or kerosene to start the fire in your fire]ring.
  4. Avoid storing or using gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids near the product. Do not store LP-cylinders near the product or any other appliance.
  5. Keep children and pets away from the product and ensure they are closely supervised at all times. Educate them about the hazards of high surface temperatures and flames to prevent burns or clothing ignition.
  6. Avoid assembling or operating this product if you are under the influence of alcohol or prescription/non-prescription drugs.
  7. This product is designed for outdoor use only. Do not use it in buildings, garages, tents, or any other enclosed areas. Never use it as a heater.
  8. Ensure a minimum clearance of 10 ft. (3.05m) from the sides, front, and back of the product to any construction. Keep the surrounding area clear of combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids. Do not use it on or under any apartment or condo balcony or deck.
  9. Place the product on a level, stable, noncombustible surface such as brick, concrete, stone, or dirt. Avoid using it on surfaces like wood, asphalt, or plastic that may burn, blister, or melt.
  10. Do not obstruct the flow of combustion air and ventilation air for the fire pit. Do not use it under a canopy with sides.

Instruction

  1. This is an ATTENDED product. Do NOT leave this product unattended while the product is in use. Monitor the product when hot after use. Heated equipment can remain at high temperatures which can cause burns long after operation. Use heat resistant gloves to handle hot tools.
  2. Burn only seasoned hard wood or fire logs in the fire ring.
  3. DO NOT use gas or kerosene to start the fire in your fire ring.
  4. Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance. An LP-cylinder shall not be stored in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
  5. Children and pets should be kept away from the product and should be carefully supervised at all times. Children and adults should be alerted to the hazards of high surface temperatures and flames and should stay away to avoid burns or clothing ignition.
  6. The use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair your ability to properly assemble or safely operate this product. Do NOT assemble or operate this product if using alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs
  7. This product is for OUTDOOR use only. Do NOT use in a building, garage, tent or any other enclosed area. NEVER use this product as a heater.
  8. Do not locate this product under ANY overhead construction, overhanging trees and shrubs. Keep a minimum clearance of 10 ft. (3.05m) from the sides, front and back of the product to ANY construction. Keep the area clear of ANY combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids. Do not use on or under ANY apartment or condo balcony or deck.
  9. When in use the product must be on a level, stable, noncombustible surface such as brick, concrete, stone, or dirt. Not suitable are surfaces such as wood, asphalt or plastic which may burn, blister or melt.
  10. Do NOT obstruct flow of combustion air and/or ventilation air for fire pit. Do not use under canopy with sides.
  11. When operating, have a Type BC or ABC fire extinguisher readily available and adequate fire extinguishing material.
  12. This product gets dangerously hot in use. Do NOT move the product when in use. Allow the product to cool completely before moving or storing. Avoid bumping of or impact with the product. Prevent all contact with the hot product.
  13.  ALWAYS keep a safe distance from the product when in operation. ALWAYS keep hair and clothing from coming into contact with the product while in use or still hot. Do not hang clothing or other flammable material from the product, or placed on or near the product.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

TOOLS REQUIRED

TORQUE WRENCH or ADJUSTABLE WRENCH, PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER

  1. Before assembling, check that all product components are included in the shipping carton. Identify these product parts from the assembly drawing. If any of the above parts are missing, contact Metal Fusion, Inc. at 1-800-783-3885 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday for replacements.
  2. Overlap two metal sections so that the connecting holes overlap and are aligned. Insert Phillips head bolts through the connecting holes in the metal sections so that the threaded end of the bolt is to the inside of the fire ring. Screw a hex nut onto the threaded end of bolt. Repeat this step for all 12 Phillips]head bolts, hex nuts, and connecting holes. Once hand fastened together tighten with an adjustable wrench and a Phillips head screwdriver.
  3. All materials burned within this fire ring will emit carbon monoxide. Burn only seasoned hard wood or firedogs in the fire ring. Make sure to use in a well ventilated area in accordance with the Proper Placement Diagram below

MAINTENANCE & STORAGE

  1. Clean ashes out of fire ring after each use. Make sure ashes have cooled before moving. Ashes should be placed in a non-combustible container after use.
  2. Make sure the product is free of moisture. Wipe with a non abrasive wag to ensure no moisture is left on the surface.
  3. Use Phillips head screwdriver and adjustable wrench to remove the bolts and nuts from the metal sections.
  4. Once metal sections are disconnected, reinstall bolts and nuts into the connecting holes on each metal section to keep the components together until next use.
  5. Place the metal sections with the attached bolts and nuts back into the box the fire ring came in and store in a dry secure area until next use. To reassemble, follow the assembly instructions.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
This warranty covers all components of this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS
This warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt with this manual for future reference.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover the following:
Incidental and Consequential Damages. This warranty does not cover incidental and consequential damages arising in any way out of the use of this product. The liability of Metal Fusion, Inc. is, in any event, limited to the amount of the original purchase price of this product and remains in force only as long as the product remains in its original, as-built configuration. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Neglectful Operation. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising in any way due to the negligent,

operation of this product.
Altered, Repaired or Misused Equipment. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising in any way out of the use of this product when it has been altered, repaired by persons other than Metal Fusion, Inc., or when it has been abused or misused, or when it has been used other than in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.

Other Assumed Responsibilities. Unless otherwise provided by law, this warranty does not cover any responsibility or liability arising in any way out of the use of this product where that responsibility or liability was purportedly assumed by any other person or agent. Paint, Discoloration, and Rust. This warranty does not cover the paint on this product, as in a normal use of the product, the paint will be burned off. Nor does this warranty cover discoloration or rust as these occurrences are part of the products normal wear and tear.

WHAT METAL FUSION, INC. WILL DO
Metal Fusion, Inc. will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible or economically feasible, Metal Fusion, Inc. will replace your product with an identical or substantially equivalent product. Metal Fusion, Inc. will perform this service at no charge to you, except for the actual cost of shipping and handling the outdoor cooker or replacement parts.

HOW STATE LAW APPLIES
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
