Product Usage Instructions

1. Battery Assembly:
2. Move the battery pack to the proper position.
3. Fix axle 3 by standing on the left side of the motorcycle.
4. Assemble the positive pole power source.
5. Assemble the negative pole power source.
6. Rotate the battery pack to align the positions of axle 1 and axle 2.
7. Hold the bottom with a supporter, install axle 1 and axle 2, and fasten axle 3.
8. Remove the bottom supporter.
9. Assemble the battery protective cover.

11. Remove the battery protective cover.
12. Hold the bottom with a supporter, remove axle 1 and axle 2, loosen axle 3, and rotate the battery pack.
13. Remove the power cable by standing on the left side of the motorcycle.
14. Remove the positive pole power source.
15. Remove the negative pole power source.
16. Remove axle 3 and take out the battery pack.

Assemble Instructions

F80 battery assemble instructions

1、 (30KG）/Move the battery pack and install the battery axle 3 (30kg).

2、Assemble the power cable.

3、Rotate battery pack.

4、Hold the bottom with a supporter, install axle 1 and axle 2, and fasten axle 3.

5、assemble the battery protective cover.

Removal Instructions

F80 Battery Removal Instructions

1、Remove the battery protective cover

2、Hold the bottom with a supporter, remove battery axle 1 and axle 2, loosen the battery axle 3, and rotate the battery pack.


3、Remove the power cable.

4、（30KG）/Remove the battery axle 3 and take out the battery pack (30kg).
