SSW MOU 12 Chop Saw 160 Ton Moulding Machine

Product Information

The 160 Ton Moulding Machine is a powerful machine used for
moulding processes. It is designed to handle heavy-duty tasks
efficiently and safely. The machine is equipped with various safety
features, such as safety guards and emergency off buttons, to
ensure the operator’s safety during operation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the machine or after a tool change, ensure that
    you are wearing safety boots.

  2. Visually inspect and ensure that all safety guards are properly
    in place and securely fastened.

  3. Turn on the machine by using the isolator switch located on the
    wall or post. Also, turn on the heats and open the water
    inlet/outlet.

  4. Turn on the motor and wait for 20 seconds.

  5. To turn off the motor, use the red emergency off button. Repeat
    this action using the button at the rear of the machine.

  6. Open the door and try to open the platen. If the platen opens,
    turn off the machine and inform the Manager.

  7. Open the top guard and try to open the platen. If the platen
    opens, turn off the machine and inform the Manager.

  8. Open the nozzle guard and try to open the platen. If the platen
    opens, turn off the machine and inform the Manager.

  9. Open the back door. The motor should turn off. If the motor
    stays on, turn off the machine and inform the Manager.

  10. If all checks are positive, the machine is ready to start.

  11. Do not operate the machine unless you have received training
    and authorization from the Manager.

After training, it is important to confirm your understanding
and commitment to safety by signing the training document. Wear the
required personal protective equipment (PPE) when using the
machinery and inform the Supervisor or Manager immediately if there
are any issues or the need for further training.

Authorized trainers are responsible for ensuring that trainees
understand how to use the machinery, have the necessary PPE, and
know to report any issues or training needs.

Turn on machine using isolator switch on wall or post, turn on heats,

open water inlet/outlet.

Turn on motor, wait 20 seconds, turn off motor using red emergency

off button, repeat this action using button at rear of machine.

Turn on motor, open door and try to open platen, if the platen

opens, turn off the machine and inform the Manager.

Open top guard, and try to open platen, if the platen opens, turn off

the machine and inform the Manager.

Open the back door, the motor should turn off, if the motor stays on

Do not use any machine unless trained and authorised by the

Manager.
