Product Information:

The PowrLiner 850 is a line striper designed for entry-level
contractors, sports turf managers, and maintenance personnel. It
can be used on pavement, grass, and turf surfaces. This easy-to-use
line striper is capable of high pressure spraying on smaller jobs.
It has a lightweight and compact design, making it simple to
transport and fits into most automobile trunks. The PowrLiner 850
is perfect for any organization or municipal budget.

Warranty:

The PowrLiner 850 comes with the best and longest warranty in
the industry. It includes:

Four-Year Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty: The sprayer is free
from defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear
items and consumables.
Lifetime DuraLife HE and PMDC Motor Warranty: If the motor
fails for any reason (including wear) for as long as you own the
sprayer, the motor will be replaced at no cost.
Limited Lifetime DCX Motor Warranty: If the motor fails from
normal usage for as long as you own the sprayer, the motor will be
replaced at no cost.
Gas Engine Warranty: Two-Year Turbine Warranty and Lifetime
Drive Train Warranty. If the drive train fails from normal usage,
it will be replaced at no cost.
Lifetime Warranty on PermaStroke TechnologyTM Fluid Pump: The
fluid pump is covered by a lifetime warranty. If it fails for any
reason (including wear), it will be replaced at no cost.
35-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If the sprayer does not perform
up to your expectations within 35 days, it can be exchanged for the
identical model or full credit toward the purchase of a Titan
sprayer of larger size and value.

For Water-Based Products Only: The sprayer is suitable for use
with water-based products.
5-Gallon Bucket Ready: Eliminates the need for a dedicated
paint tank and simplifies cleaning (bucket not included).
Reversible Gun Mount: Allows you to stripe off either the front
or rear wheel.

Product Usage Instructions:

Make sure the sprayer is filled with the appropriate
water-based product.
Ensure the folding handle is in the upright position for
operation and locked in place.
Choose the desired tip size based on the type of marking
required. For field marking, use a 0.023 tip. For traffic marking,
use a 0.019 tip.
Connect the LX-40 gun to the sprayer.
Adjust the front wheel release lever to unlock the front wheel
for rotation if needed.
Position the sprayer at the starting point of the line to be
striped.
Hold the gun at a comfortable height and distance from the
ground.
Press the trigger to start spraying and move the sprayer along
the desired line, maintaining a consistent speed and distance from
the surface.
Continue spraying until the desired line is completed.
Release the trigger to stop spraying.
Repeat the process for additional lines or markings as
needed.
