Product Usage Instructions
To use the DZ-LiteTM c270, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the analyzer is properly connected to a power supply (AC 100/115V, 50/60Hz).
- Place the necessary reagents (24 – 36) on the reagent wheel.
- Load the samples (up to 30) onto the sample wheel.
- Establish a bi-directional interface with a Windows 10 personal computer for LIS connectivity.
- Turn on the analyzer and wait for it to initialize.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select the desired assay and set any necessary parameters.
- Insert the cuvettes into the reaction tray.
- Ensure that the cuvette washing system is filled with heated water and appropriate wash solutions.
- Place the sample probe into the sample tray and ensure proper positioning.
- Start the assay and allow the analyzer to perform the optical measurements.
- Monitor the optical absorbance graphic display for real-time results.
- Review the current, daily, and cumulative quality control views to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Once the assay is complete, dispose of the reaction waste in the dedicated waste container.
