Choose the side of desk mat to use
Choose the side to use. The surface-treated vegan leather side supports precise mouse movement. You can choose to flip your desk mat over to use the soft felt side too.

Setup your wireless charging pad
Magnetically snap both the charging pad and desk mat in place. Attach/detach the charging pad to move and place it as required on the left or right side.

Charge your devices wirelessly

1. Connect the available USB-C Cable to the USB-C port and connect the other end to a 20W USB-C or higher power adapter
2. Place your wireless charging on bold or Mogsafo compatible device on top of the circular charger the integrated magnet will snap the device in place (For MagSafe compatible iPhones only). Look for the charging icon on the Phone to confirm charging has started.
3.  Place wireless charging enabled Earbuds/Air Pods 2/3/Pro on the smaller charging area towards the top of the pad “Place color Lo Lho diagram given below:

Troubleshooting

Warnings

• The device uses inductive charging Do not place metallic objects (aside from Irom devices that support wireless charging) on top of the charging pad. Avoid placing phone cases that include metallic portions on the charger. In rare cases, it may not be possible to detect smaller metallic objects, such as foil logos on phone cases, and the charger may continue to operate. In these cases, the metallic object will heat up and may cause damage Lo the device being charged Overtime
• This device is designed for indoor use only
• Do not deliberately damage the device or expose it to damp direct sunlight or high-temperature conditions.
• it is normal for the device to be slightly warm to the touch during operation. Provide adequate ventilation and do not cover the device while in operation.
• Disassembling or failing to properly use and care for your device will void the warranty on the product
• Do not use the product if it becomes damaged as this could pose a risk of causing damage to connected devices
• Journey bears no responsibility for damage to the device or incidental damages arising from improper use or lack of care, Jouncy will not be held liable for repair or replacement of the device or other damages in these circumstances.
