Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that you have a NEC compliant junction box available for installation.
- Read and understand the applicable installation code and the hazards involved in the installation process.
- Keep these instructions for future reference.
- Prepare the installation area by mounting the mounting plate (1A) onto the junction box using the provided fixture screw (1).
- Attach the fixture frame (4) to the mounting plate using screws (3) and secure it tightly.
- If you have model LO1051 or LO1061, attach the glass panel (6) to the fixture frame using glass clips (2).
- If you have model LO1051 or LO1061, secure the bottom plate (7) to the fixture frame using screws (5).
- If required, use anchors and anchor screws (7) to provide additional stability for the fixture.
- Ensure all connections are secure and the fixture is properly installed.
Note: The provided instructions are for a typical installation. Follow the specific instructions provided with your product for accurate installation steps.

This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.

Install the Fixture
- Secure the mounting plate to the junction box. NOTE: model L 1051 and LOO1061 must be secured with anchors and anchor screws.
- Install the glass panels into the fixture frame and secure them in place with the glass clips.
- Install the bottom plate to the bottom of the fixture frame and secure it in place with the provided screws.
- Connect the fixture to a suitable ground in accordance with local electrical codes.
- Connect the white fixture wire (square and/or rigid) to the neutral power line wire with a wire nut.
- Connect the black fixture wire (round and/or smooth) to the hot power line wire with a wire nut.
- Neatly place all the wires into the junction box, place the fixture base onto the mounting plate, and secure it in place using the fixture screws.
- For wet locations, caulk around the base of the fixture with waterproof construction sealant.
