The AX-Z2 Dental Vibrator by AIXIN MEDICAL is a newly designed vibrator used for duplicating or pouring plaster and agar in dental laboratories. Product Usage Instructions
- Unpack the package and ensure all accessories are present. Read the user manual carefully before using it.
- Check the working platform of the machine and ensure it is laid flat. Make sure the vibration regulator is not loosened. Adjust the regulator to the minimum by turning it anti-clockwise.
- Connect the machine to a power supply. The power indicator should turn on. Turn on the power switch to start the vibration.
- Adjust the regulator to the required vibration amplitude.
- Place the mould on the platform and hold it with both hands, ready to be filled.
- After filling the mould, turn off the power.
- The machine can work continuously for four hours.
Cautions
- The storage temperature should be between -20°C and 40°C. The machine must be kept in a dry environment, and the temperature should not be too high.
- Do not hit or crash the machine, and avoid exposing it to water.
- If the machine does not work, check if the power supply is connected. If the power indicator is normal, open the black rubber cover and adjust the four screws in the front for the vibration amplitude.

Instructions
- Unpack the package, and check if all the accessories are inside. Read this manual carefully before using it.
- Check the working platform of the machine, make sure it is laid flat and the regulator is not loosened. Adjust the regulator to the minimum by turning it anti-clockwise.
- Connect the machine to a power supply, and the power indicator is on. Turn on the power switch and the machine starts vibrating.
- Adjust the regulator to the required vibration amplitude.
- Put the mould on the platform and hold it with both hands, and the mould is ready to be filled. After filling the mould, turn off the power.
- The machine can work for four hours continuously.
Cautions:
