Product Overview
STEP 1: Disconnect power to all fans at the breaker or wall switch.
NOTE: Turning the power off with the remote or wall control is not suffi cient. Power must be cut to the fans via breaker or wall switch. For multiple fans on the same circuit, the power must be disconnected at the canopy connection for the fan(s) NOT being paired.
HOW TO PAIR YOUR HIRO REMOTE
STEP 2: Restore power ONLY to the fan being paired.
STEP 3: Within 60 seconds of power being restored, press the FAN ON/OFF button for 3 seconds and hold.
NOTE: Fan will start on low speed and the light will turn on. Light will fl ash twice and the fan will turn off . This indicates successful pairing.
DELETING UNWANTED HIRO REMOTE PAIRINGS
STEP 2: Restore power ONLY to the fan being corrected to a single HIRO pairing.
STEP 3: Within 60 seconds of power being restored, press the FAN ON/OFF button for 8 seconds and hold.
NOTE: Light will fl ash twice and an audible “beep” will sound three times (6 speed DC fans). Now the fan should only respond to the HIRO control used to perform the 8 second pairing.
