About this appliance
The Princess 01.243005.01.001 is an induction milk frother for making warm or
cold milk foam, heating milk or mixing hot chocolate. The appliance comes with
a frothing and mixing attachment.
Intended use
This appliance is intended for indoor use only.
This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic, non-commercial use.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Only use the appliance as described in this user manual. Any use of the
appliance other than described in this user manual is regarded as misuse and
may cause injury or damage to the appliance and void the warranty.

SAFETY
Safety precautions
Electric shock hazard due to short-circuiting:
- Never use the appliance if there are visible signs of damage or defects. Always replace a damaged or defective appliance immediately.
- Never immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
- Always avoid spillage on the power cable.
- Never open the appliance. The appliance may only be opened for maintenance by an authorised technician.
- Never lift the appliance by the power cable. Lifting the appliance by the power cable may damage the power cable. Only lift the appliance by holding the base.
- Never replace the power cable yourself. Always let the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person replace the power cable.
- Always unplug the power cable when the appliance is not in use or unattended, and before cleaning.
- Always check if the voltage stated on the type plate of your appliance matches your mains voltage before use. Fire hazard due to overheating:
- Always place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat, and moisture resistant surface.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when in use. Only use the appliance under supervision. Switch off the appliance and remove the power cable from the power outlet when you leave the room.
- Never use the appliance with a programmer, timer, separate remote control system or any other device that switches the appliance on automatically. Fire hazard due to short-circuiting:
- Never use the appliance in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
- Never drop the appliance and avoid bumping. Excessive vibrations can lead to loosened connections and can influence proper functioning of the appliance. Stop using the appliance if the appliance has been dropped. Fire hazard due to food scraps:
- Always clean all parts that come into contact with food after use. Choking hazard due to plastic packaging:
- Never let children play with the packaging material. Always keep the packaging material out of the reach of children. Snagging hazard due to moving parts:
- Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power source before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
Burning hazard due to heat:
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Never touch the hot surfaces during or shortly after use. The hot surfaces may be subject to residual heat. Let the appliance cool down completely before handling the appliance.
Risk of damaging the appliance:
- Never use aggressive chemical cleaning agents that can damage the appliance when cleaning the appliance.
- Only use the appliance with the provided accessories or accessories recommended by Princess.
- Never place the appliance near a heat source.
- Never fill the jug above the maximum capacity marking to prevent overflowing.
- Never place the appliance in a dishwasher.
USE
Preparation
- Remove all packaging.
- Clean all parts that come in contact with food before use. Follow the instructions in chapter Cleaning and maintenance.
Using the appliance
Consult the following table to choose a suitable mixing method:

Hot chocolate

Remove the lid A1 from the jug A4.

Place the frother A3 or mixer A2 onto the axis in the jug A4.

Pour the milk into the jug A4.
Ensure that the jug is always filled between the MIN and MAX capacity markings.
Add no more than 200 grams of chocolate powder to the milk when making hot chocolate. -
Place the lid A1 back onto the jug A4.

Place the jug A4 onto the base unit Aw.

Plug the power cable Ar into a power outlet.

Press the control button A8 to switch between the different modes.
The activate mode LED lights up.
The appliance starts mixing.
The active mode LED switches off when the mixing process is finished.
The mixing process can be interrupted by pressing the control button A8.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance after each use.
- Unplug the power cable Ar from the power outlet.
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Clean the base unit Aw of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
- Remove the frother A3 or mixer A2 from the jug A4.
- Clean the inside of the jug A4 with hot water and mild soap.
- Clean the frother A3 and mixer A2 with hot water and mild soap.
- Dry all parts with a soft cloth.
STORAGE
- Store the frother A3 and the mixer A2 in the storing compartment Ae.
- Store the appliance in a dry and enclosed space and in the original packaging to ensure safe storage and protection against dust, moist or other filth.
