WARNING: Read all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious personal injury. Fully assemble and tighten all the fasteners required for this stand. Periodically check that all fasteners are attached and adjusted according to the assembly instructions included in this manual. A loose stand is unstable and may shift in use and cause serious injury. Turn tool switch off and disconnect power before mounting to the stand. Unintended startup during assembly can cause injury. Before operating make sure the entire unit is placed on a solid, flat, level surface. Serious injury could occur if tool is unstable and tips. Never stand on tool or its stand or use as ladder or scaffolding. Serious injury could occur if the tool is tipped or the cutting tool is accidentally contacted. Do not store materials on or near the tool such that it is necessary to stand on the tool or its stand to reach them. Use only Bosch replacement parts. Any others may create a hazard.

Assembly

Step 1. Attach Wheels

(Fig. 3) All the hardware needed for this procedure is in Bag A.

  1. Mount one (1) Flat Washer and the Wheel B on the axle of the Wheel Bar E.
  2. Place one (1) Flat Washer on the threaded end of the wheel axle. Thread the Lock Nut on the threaded end of the wheel axle by hand.
  3. Using the 17 mm opening on the blade wrench provided with the table saw, tighten the Lock Nut until the Washer does not move freely. Spin the Wheel B to check tightness. If the Wheel B doesn’t turn freely, loosen the Nut by 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn.
  4. Repeat the same steps with the other Wheel B.

Step 2. Attach Linkage Bars to Wheel Bar
(Fig. 4) All the hardware needed for this procedure is in Bag B.

  1. Mount the Left Linkage Bar F on the welded bushing of the Wheel Bar E.
  2. Using the 5 mm hex wrench included on the table saw, securely tighten the Hex Head Bolt into the welded bushing.
  3. Repeat the steps above for the Right Linkage Bar G assembly.
    • Note: The Right Linkage Bar G features a welded pin while the Left Linkage Bar F does not.

Step 3. Attach Linkage Bars to Support Bars

(Fig. 5) All the hardware needed for this procedure is in Bag C.

  1. Insert the end of the Left Linkage Bar F into the Left Support Bar H and align the holes of both bars.
  2. Insert two (2) Hex Head Bolts through the holes of the Left Linkage Bar F and Left Support Bar H. Install two (2) M8 Lock Nuts, and use the 5 mm hex wrench and the 13 mm wrench opening on the blade wrench (included on table saw) to securely tighten the hardware.
  3. Repeat the steps above for the Right Linkage Bar G and the Right Support Bar I.

Step 4. Attach Lower Cross Bar to Support Bars
(Fig. 6) All the hardware needed for this procedure is in Bag D.

  1. Insert the ends of the Support Bars H and I into the Lower Cross Bar J, and align the holes of both bars.
