Mounting
- Measure the wheel of the motorcycle before mounting so that the stand can be adjusted to the wheel length. The motorcycle stand is compatible with most standard motorcycles. Some models with extra wide tyres or custom lowprofile front fenders are not compatible.
- Mount the support arm (4) on the front of the base with 2 bolts (12), washers (5), and nuts (6).
- Insert the pin (9) through the mounting holes and the large wheel mount (3). Secure with washer (10) and R-pin (11).
- Insert the pin (9) through the mounting holes and the wheel adapter (2). Secure it with the washer (10) and R-pin (11).
- Tighten all hardware firmly before use.
Note! Assemble the stand safely and properly before use.
Mounting in concrete
- Select a flat and level location for mounting the motorcycle that can support both the weight of the stand and of the motorcycle to be secured. The location should not obstruct walkways and should provide sufficient space to retrieve the motorcycle after mounting. The surface of the location should be suitable for mounting heavy equipment.
- Use the mounting holes in the base (1) as a template. Place the base in the desired location and mark where the holes are to be drilled.
- Use concrete anchors (not included) to fix the base to the concrete base. Drill the fixing holes with a concrete drill of the correct size (not included).
- Insert the concrete anchors into the holes. Secure the base to the ground with concrete anchors.
Mounting on truck bed/motorcycle lift mounting
-
Place the base in the desired location on the truck bed or motorcycle lift. Use the holes in the base as a pattern to mark where to drill the holes to secure the stand.
Warning! Make sure that the installation surface has no hidden cables, brake lines, etc. before drilling. -
Use a power drill (not included) and a steel cutting drill bit (not included) to drill holes in the loading surface or the lifting platform.
-
Attach the base to the truck bed using the appropriate hardware (not included).
Operating instructions
-
Select the correct mounting hole for the motorcycle to be loaded onto the stand and adjust the position of the wheel adapter to the tyre length.
-
To load a motorcycle, lower the wheel adapter to the horizontal position and simply slide the motorcycle into the stand. The wheel adapter closes around the motorcycle tyre and secures the motorcycle in an upright position.
-
Secure the motorcycle with straps or belts (not included).
Caution! Do not sit on the motorcycle when it is loaded in the motorcycle stand. -
To dismount the motorcycle, pull back firmly and steadily until the motorcycle rolls off the stand.
Maintenance
Warning! Damaged products may fail and cause injury. Do not use any
damaged product. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem
corrected before further use.
Before use
Check the general condition of the stand. Check for loose screws,
misaligned, jammed, cracked, or broken parts, and any other condition that
could affect safe operation.
After use
Clean the exterior surfaces of the stand with a clean, damp cloth.
