Product Information
The Solar Air Conditioner is a DC Hybrid solar air conditioner that operates independently of the AC Grid. It is designed to turn on when there is sufficient solar power and turn off when there is not enough power from the sun. It does not require an inverter, battery, or charger controller. The AC Limiter feature allows you to limit the AC power input to optimize power consumption. The air conditioner is built with brushless DC motors in both indoor and outdoor units, ensuring quiet operation. It has a wide operating temperature range of -10°C to +58°C and features AC/DC auto balance. The Deye Hybrid AC/DC Inverter Solar Air Conditioner is an eco-friendly solution that can be used with or without batteries. It requires only a few PV panels to deliver significant energy savings. During the day, it can operate partly or up to 100% using independent solar panels for maximum efficiency. At night, it continues to save energy due to its high efficiency. The air conditioner also features WIFI functionality for full control, timers, and power consumption monitoring.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the solar air conditioner is installed in a location with access to sufficient sunlight.
- Connect the PV panels to the solar air conditioner using the provided MC4 Solar connector terminals. This allows for an easy plug-and-play connection.
- Turn on the solar air conditioner using the control panel or remote control.
- To set the AC power input limit, navigate to the settings menu on the control panel or mobile app if available. Adjust the AC Limiter to the desired power consumption level.
- The air conditioner will automatically turn on when there is sufficient solar power and turn off when there is not enough power from the sun.
- Use the WIFI functionality to control the air conditioner remotely, set timers, and monitor power consumption.
- For maintenance, clean the indoor and outdoor units regularly to ensure proper airflow and efficiency.

Deye Hybrid AC/DC Inverter Solar Air Conditioner
- A purpose-built DC Hybrid solar air conditioner built from the ground up 100% DC – No electronic inverter.
- They can operate independently of the AC Grid (Off Grid) turning itself on when there is sufficient solar power and back off when there is no longer enough power from the sun.
- No solar grid connection for installation and no utility company authority is required.

System Components
DC Powered Indoor unit
- Our DC Air Conditioners use direct DC solar power so there is no loss associated with converting DC power into AC power like standard air conditioners.
ACDC Hybrid Outdoor unit
- During the day they run solely or primarily on solar power and only use small amounts of power from the utility company as needed.
- When it comes to nighttime, they will automatically mix power and eventually switch to 240V AC power.

DC Brushless fan motor
