Product Usage Instructions
To use the Industrial Gateway PECA-6232T, follow these instructions:
- Ensure that the system is placed in an appropriate operating environment and stored in a suitable storage environment.
- Connect the power supply to the device using the provided power input connector. The device supports a power supply of 9 to 36VDC (typical 12/24V).
- If required, install a DDR4-3200 SODIMM memory module in the available slot to increase the system memory capacity up to 32GB.
- Connect external devices to the available I/O ports as needed:
- RJ45 system console port: Connect a compatible device using an RJ45 cable.
- DB9 COM port (RS-232/422/485): Connect a compatible device using a DB9 cable.
- 3-pin terminal block COM port (RS-485): Connect a compatible device using a suitable cable.
- HDMI: Connect a display device using an HDMI cable.
- USB 3.0 ports: Connect USB devices to the available USB ports.
- Tact switch for reset: Use the reset switch when necessary.
- Antenna holes: Install antennas for wireless connectivity if required.
- If additional storage is needed, install a 2.5 SATA 3.0 SSD or an optional eMMC onboard storage module.
- If desired, expand the device’s capabilities using the available expansion slots:
- M.2 Key-B 3042/3052 slot: Install a compatible module for 5G option using the provided PCIe + USB interface.
- Full-size mini PCI-E slot: Install a compatible module using the provided USB + SATA interface.
