USER MANUAL

Thank you for choosing the boAt Rockerz 315 SVA. This manual is meant to guide you through to the shores of Nirvana without much dirculty. Please think of this manual as your map. Knowledge of Bluetooth and device connection is essential for steering this boAt. Therefore, we strongly advise that this manual is thoroughly read before use, and referred to in times of difficulty.

TO PAIR WITH BLUETOOTH

1. When switched of , press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to switch the earphones on. A white LED light will flash indicating the above. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode with a prompt and the white LED light will flash in short bursts.
2. Open Bluetooth on your device and search for “boAt R315SVA” in the list of available devices.
3. Choose “boAt R315SVA” from the list and the device will get automatically connected to your phone.
4. A voice prompt “boAt R315SVA connected” will be heard to confirm the established Bluetooth connection, with quick ashes of white LED light.
   

Functions

1. Power On: When switched off, press and hold the multifunction
   button for 2 seconds. A voice tone will confirm the same and a white LED light will flash once.

2. Power off: In any mode, press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds. A voice tone will confirm the same and the white LED will flash for one second before the device goes off.

3. Play/Pause: Tap the multifunction button once to play/pause music.

4. Volume Up: Tap the volume “+”button in steps to increase the volume. A beep will indicate maximum volume.

5. Volume down: Tap the volume “-“button in steps to decrease the volume. A beep will indicate minimum volume.

6. Previous Track: – To jump to the next track, long press the – volume button.

7. Next Track: To jump to the next track, long press the + volume button.

8. Answer/End call: To answer or end the call, short press the multifunction button once.

9. Reject Call: To reject an incoming call, press and hold the multifunction button for 1.5 seconds.

10. The Google Assistant:
    A) To get notifications: –
    Simply short press the Google Assistant button to get/listen to notifications.
    B) To interact with the Google Assistant: –
    Step 1 : Press and hold the Google Assistant button until you hear a tone. Do not release finger at this point. Step 2: You can communicate with the Google Assistant while instructing or giving commands and release the Google Assistant button when done.

CHARGE

Use a micro USB charging cable to charge the earphones through either a laptop or an adaptor.

1. Low Battery: When the battery is lower than 10%, orange LED light will flash twice for every 10 minutes.
2. Charging: While plugged into charge, the earphone’s orange LED will keep steady until the battery gets fully charged. 3. Full Charged: The LED light turns from orange into white as soon as the device gets fully charged.
   

SPECIFICATIONS

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Please don’t dismantle the product in any way or remove the product’s battery by yourself, as this can lead to a re or electrical breakdown. Any maintenance or servicing of the earphones should be done only through a qualified service provider/manufacturer.
• Please clean the earphones with the utmost of care with only a damp soft cloth, if cleaning is required. Please do not use any oily volatile liquid. In addition, ensure that the earphones are kept away from extremely hot or cold substances.
• Any damage to the earphones that is NOT a manufacturing issue will make the products warranty null and void.
• Do not use earphones when it is unsafe to be wearing them, such as while operating a vehicle, crossing a street or during any activity where full awareness of your surroundings is required.
•  To avoid damage to your hearing, make sure that the volume on your music player is at an appropriate level when you are Plugging into Nirvana. Exposure to any noise levels at or above 85 dB can gradually lead to a loss of hearing.
  

HOW TO SET UP THE ASSISTANT ON YOUR DEVICE

For Android users

Steps: As soon as the earphones get connected to your device, there will be a pop-up message displaying instructions to set up the Google Assistant for the audio device. You may follow the proceeding instructions for establishing the connection to the device.
OR
Step 1: If the pop up doesn’t show up, you may download the Google Assistant app on Google Play and then set it up for your audio device.
Step 2: Follow the proceeding instructions for establishing the connection to the device.
Note: Please ensure that your headset is connected & paired to your smartphone via bluetooth.)

For iOS users
Step 1 : Go to the app Store and download the Google Assistant app.
Step 2 : Follow the set of instructions shown on the screen.
(Note: After the app is downloaded and installed, the earphones get connected to your device, there will be a pop-up message displaying instructions to set up the Google Assistant for the audio device. You may follow the proceeding instructions for establishing the connection to the device.)
If the pop up message doesn’t show, please proceed to Step 3
Step 3 : Click on your Google Account.
Step 4 : Access the ‘Devices’ tab located on the new screen.
Step 5 : Click on “Add devices” and select “boAt R315SVA”. Step 6: Once the earphones are paired with your device, you can open the Google Assistant app and start using the same.

Step 1 : Go to the app Store and download the Google HOW TO SET UP THE GOOGLE Assistant app.

Step 4: Access the ‘Devices’ tab located on the new screen.
