Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the product, ensure that all attachments are properly assembled and securely locked in place.
- Place the product on a stable and level surface, ensuring that the non-slip feet are in contact with the surface.
- Connect the power cord to a suitable power outlet.
- To use the blender attachment, fill the mixing bowl with ingredients and securely attach the blender blade assembly to the bowl.
- Select the desired speed setting or pulse function for blending.
- Press the power button to start blending. Hold the button for continuous blending or release for pulse blending.
- To use the food processor attachment, securely attach the processor blade assembly to the bowl.
- Add food items to the bowl and select the desired speed setting.
- Press the power button to start processing. Hold the button for continuous processing or release for pulse processing.
- After use, ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet before disassembling or cleaning.
- Detach the attachments from the product and clean them using warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher if they are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before storing.

- Call phone will receive a notification when the device is low power. please change the dry battery in time.
How to use
- scan the QR code below and select the proper system(iOS/Android) to download the app
- Register and log in: you can register an account with an email address you can log in by guest account. A guest account is able to use all functions of the app, but the device will delete all guest info after a device is reset.
- click the” button in the upper right corner, follow app instructions to add the device, and combine it with your cellphone.
- Binding device: This doorbell doesn’t support a 5G Wi-Fi channel! Be sure to select the 2. 4G Wi-Fi channel and start binding device.
- Wi-Fi of dual channel routers usually has a “-5g” mark after the name. Remember NOT to select this Wi-Fi for device binding.
For example:
- NAXCLOM_2. 46 Correct channel NAXCLOW_5G” Wrong channel if you have modified the wifi channel name, make sure you choose the correct channel for binding.
- if you are not sure about the wifi channel, you can log in to your router backstage for more info. (sticker on the back of router bous ine)
- (type router IP address in a web browser, open the link, and input user name and password.)
- Working logic of doorbell push: press the doorbell after binding, and the app will receive the message push, select “reject” or hang up after answering, and the doorbell will enter the shutdown state, which can trigger the doorbell to send messages to the mobile phone again.
- If we don’t do any processing on the messages, we will only push one message to the mobile phone within 30 seconds to avoid excessive.
- interference of junk messages caused by others’ malicious doorbell ringing. New messages will not be pushed to you until the device is shut down after 30 seconds and the doorbell is triggered again.
Warnings:
- please turn on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and al low all permissions of the app please use this product in an environment with a good Wi-Fi signal and try not to stick it on the metal door.
- this product does not support 5g Wifi before installing the doorbell, please conduct a normal function test at the position to be installed to ensure that the product works properly. Remove the lens protective film after installation.
Pair Doorbell&Dingdong
- Plug Dingdong in power souse.
- Long press the Dingdong match button for 2 seconds, and the indicator light suggests entering pairing mode.
- Press the doorbell button once, and 2 devices will pair with each other, after being paired successfully, the indicator lights off.
Warnings:
- During pairing. 2 devices should be as close as possible.
- Make sure the doorbell is fully charged.
- After pairing, the indicator light will automatically turn off.
- If you don’t ring the doorbell within ten seconds, the dingdong indicator will go out automatically.
- If pairing fails or re pairing is required, please repeat the pairing process.
Reset&Restore factory settings
Reset: press and hold the doorbell key for ten seconds until the doorbell sounds “reset succeeded”
Restore factory settings: in case of equipment crash or other factors, remove
the doorbell and press the black button in the doorbell reset pin hole
.
