CM-600 CAGE MOUNT CLAMP
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Overview
The NexSens CM-600 cage mount clamp is designed to securely attach multi- parameter sondes and other water quality sensors and accessories to an instrument cage in buoy-based applications.
What’s Included
Mounting clamp hardware
- (1) CM-600 cage mount clamp
- (4) Neoprene rubber strips
- (2) 15.3 Inch weather resistant zip-ties
Installation on Instrument Cage

Locate a spot on the instrument cage to mount the CM-600 cage mount clamp.
a. Ensure the spot allows any cables to reach thsensor or accessories.
b. Confirm that there are no obstructions blocking the mounting clamp or sensors. -
Remove the white cover off the two smaller neoprene pieces and place them opposite the indentations on the cage mount clamp.
a. Ensure not to remove the adhesive from the neoprene strip.
b. Place the adhesive end against the instrument cage and hold for at least 30 seconds.

Remove the white cover off the two larger neoprene pieces and place them opposite the cage mount clamp on the sensor or sensor accessory.
a. Ensure not to remove the adhesive from the neoprene strip.
b. Place the adhesive end against the device and hold for at least 30 seconds.

Use the included zip ties to strap the device to the instrument cage.
a. Ensure the neoprene strips are in contact with the zip ties.
