Product Information
The product is a wall panel that needs to be installed using the provided instructions. It requires the following tools: screwdriver, spirit level, folding rule, and 4 screws (recommended size: 5.0x30mm with a flat head). It is also recommended to use gloves during installation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Screw the first screw into the vertical hole of the carrier. Do not tighten it completely.
- Screw the second screw into the horizontal hole of the carrier. Do not tighten it completely, allowing adjustment of the carrier’s level.
- Check the level of the carrier using a spirit level and adjust if necessary. Tighten the second screw completely once the carrier is level.
- Measure from the top edge of the carrier to the top edge of the second carrier:
- For a panel size of 1500mm, measure 1213mm from the top of the first carrier to the top of the second carrier.
- For a panel size of 1800mm, measure 1513mm from the top of the first carrier to the top of the second carrier.
- Install the second carrier following the same steps used for the first carrier. Refer to steps 1-3 for guidance.
- To hang the wall panel, lift it a few centimeters above the carriers and position it against the wall. Then slide it down over both carriers.
- Check if the wall panel is installed correctly by ensuring it is secure on the top carrier and by attempting to pull it away from the wall at the bottom. If it can be pulled away, it means the panel is not correctly installed on the bottom carrier. Take it down and try again.
- Make sure the panel is pressed against the wall at both the top and bottom when sliding it into place over the carriers.

You will need:

INSTALLATION
We recommend using gloves when installing the wall panel
- Start by establishing where your new DAMPA® Silent Board will be placed.
- Place the carrier so the top edge is level with the wanted height of the wall panel.
- Screw the first screw in the vertical hole of the carrier.
- Screw the second screw in the horizontal hole of the carrier.
- Do not tighten the screw completely, making it possible to adjust the level of the carrier.
- Make sure that the carrier is level, by using the Zspirit level and adjusting the carrier.
- If the wall panel is not in level, it will be visible when installed.
- When you are sure the carrier is in level, tighten the second screw completely.
- Measure from the top edge of the carrier and down to the top edge of the second carrier.
- Panel 1500 mm = 1213 mm from the top of the first carrier to the top of the second carrier.
- Panel 1800 mm = 1513 mm from the top of the first carrier to the top of the second carrier.
- Install the second carrier in the same way you installed the first carrier.
- Look at steps 1-3.
- You are now ready to hang your wall panel.
- Lift the wall panel up, so it is a few cm above the carriers and completely against the wall.
- Then gently slide the wall panel down over both carriers.
- Check if the wall panel has been installed correctly by making sure it is secure on the top carrier and by pulling it away from the wall at the bottom of the panel.
- If it is possible to pull it away from the wall, then the panel is not installed correctly on the bottom carrier.
- Take down the panel and try again.
- Make sure, that the panel is up against the wall at both the top and bottom when sliding it into place down on the carriers.
