Safety warnings
All power conduction parts must be protected agains water.
SHORT-CIRCUIT RISK.
All jobs performed on the appliance, both routines and extraordinary, must
always be done with the plug disconnected from the power supply.
Operation with a residual current circuit breaker provides extra protection
for the operator (In=30 mA).
Only ever use the appliance for the purposes for which it hase been designed
and manufactured.
ACCIDENT RISK.
In case of leakes of liquids, foams, etc., turn the appliance off straight
away.
Do not leave the machine running and unguarded nor within reach of children,
animals or persons that are not responsible for their own actions. ACCIDENT
RISK.
Do not vacuum inflammable combustion substance (eg: hot ashes), explosive and
toxic substances, electrostatic or substances that are dangerous for health.
EXPLOSION OR POISONING HAZARD.
Do not rest the vacuum inlet on or move this cose to delicate parts of the
body (eyes, ears, mouth, etc.). ACCIDENT RISK.
Never use the machine in case of uncertainty or faults of any kind l,
including those not mentioned in this manual.
Do not open the control box of your TEVAC extraction system.

Intended conditions of use
The TEVAC machine has been designed and manufactured for the suction of dust
and liquids, and should not be used for other purposes.
Any other use is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the
manufacturer.
The machine may only be operated by authorised and properly trained personnel.

Vacuum cleaner filter with a filtering capacity of small particles much higher
than a conventional filter.

Operating instructions
- Keep the ventilation areas and do not place objects, wrappings or anithing else on the machine before starting or during operation.
- Reset the machine on a sound and stable surface.
- Start the required machine operation by pressing the appropriate switch (start motors, start extractor, power socket command for electric tool, etc.).
- Check the position of the filter and head-tank fastening hooks. Wrong filter positioning can cause serious damage to the machine.
- Fit the hose to the vacuum connector (see fig. 1), fit the required accessory to the end of the hose (see fig.2).
- Connect the power cable of the appliance to the power socket with switches on “0” (OFF POSITION).
- To vacuum liquids, empty the dust from the container and remove the cloth filter. This operation must be only be performed on models designed to vacuum liquids.
- Important: only refit the cloth filter to vacuum dusts, so as not to cause problems to the appliance.
ATENTION
- The appliance features a floating valve that interrupts vacuum when the tank is full. Switch off the appliance and empty the tank.
- Do not use the appliance in case of malfunction, bad operation, electrical parts non properly insulated. If necessary, contact your authoryzed dealer.
- Check regularly the power cable and if it is damaged, please contact the manufacturer or the authorized technical service for the replacement.
CHANGE OF FOAM FILTER TO HEPA FILTER

Release the side locks of the unit and separate the upper part from the lower part.

Remove the basket by turning to the left and lifting.
-
Remove the foam filter.
-
Release the four screws of the float support and remove it.
-
Hold the float.
-
Place the support that comes with the Hepa filter on the float and screw it again.
-
Carefully place the hepa filter on the support.
-
Tighten the filter by means of a knob on the upper part.
-
Place the basket that we had previously removed and fix it by turning it to the right.
Transport
The machine has been designed to be transported in any vehicle.
Your TEVAC has handles for grip and transport.
The machine can only be transported in its working position (vertical).
The machine is firmly attached to the vehicle chassis.
It is not advisable to place the machine on a transport pallet or similar.
The machine must rest on a completely flat and horizontal surface.
The machine must be transported in the working position. Never in a lying
position.
Maintenance and care
- Keep the equipment in a place protected from weather factors.
- Clean the machine after each job to keep it in perfect condition.
- Remove and clean the suction filter periodically as shown in fig. 4.
- The cloth filter can be washed in water and detergent; before using, it must be dry.
- Replace the vacuum filter in the event of holes, cuts or faults in general.
- Check and release obstructed parts (suction tube, brushes, etc.)
- If necessary, clean the tank and in any case, never leave dust or liquid residues in the tank for long periods.
ATENTION
Holes and/or cuts on the sides of the filter could allow transit of materials
and become the cause of serious damage to the appliance. Put the covers on the
machine if it is not going to be used for a while, as well as during
transport.
In case of an acoustic signal, check the saturation status of the filters.
Maintenance operations:

Cable check:
Disconnect the plug before cleaning or servicing. Examine it carefully before use to make sure it is OK.
If the cord is broken or damaged, it must be replaced or repaired by TEINNOVA’s service department. -
Watch the bag:
Wash the dust bag with warm water and a cleaner and dry it after use, it is forbidden to use the dust bag when it is wet.
It is recommended that the dust bag be replaced no more frequently than every 3 years.
Spare parts:
TEINNOVA has spare parts for all machine parts as well as consumables for all
maintenance tasks indicated in this manual.

Waste management
The materials used in the packaging are recyclable. Do not dispose of
the packaging in household waste, but hand it in at official collection points
for recycling.
Do not dispose of electrical equipment in the trash!
We recommend that electrical tools and accessories are subjected to an
environmentally friendly recovery process.
Please dispose of the materials in the appropriate container or go to your
local collection point.
Directive 2012/19/EU of 4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE).

Guarantee conditions

“TEINNOVA” guarantees its products for a period of 15 days as regards aesthetic defects or faults which are noticeable with the naked eye. In terms of all other manufacturing defects and faults in the products, the guarantee is of 1 year.
The “Buyer” must report the discovery of any defect as soon as they become aware of it and, in any case, within the maximum period of 5 days from when it becomes apparent. Notification thereof outside of said deadline shall lead to the non-application of the guarantee.
“TEINNOVA” will collect and send the products to the factory or to the nearest official Technical Assistance Service for their obligatory inspection.
At this point, it will be determined whether the guarantee can be applied or whether it falls under the guarantee exclusions. If the guarantee is applicable, the transport fees, both those for collecting the product from the client’s facilities and returning it there will be paid by TEINNOVA.
If it is excluded from warranty (section 2 ), the transport, both collection at the customer’s premises and the return of the product, will be at the client’s expense.
“TEINNOVA” reserves the right to dismiss the application of the guarantee in the event that the product shows no evidence of non-conformity.
Equally, the application will not be accepted until the coverage has been explicitly approved. In the case that the product is covered, “TEINNOVA” can replace it or determine the necessary repair method.
All repair works that are carried out under the product guarantee must be carried out in “TEINNOVA” facilities or in those of the party it designates.
The guarantee covers the materials and labour required to repair or replace the parts or elements considered as defective from origin. The maximum guaranteed amount or value shall be the maximum price of the sale of the product to the “Buyer”.
Any claims made under the coverage of the guarantee shall not grant the right to delay and/ or withhold payment of the corresponding invoice and/or any other pending invoices. -
Guarantee Exclusions: The following are excluded from the guarantee: Intervening, handling and tampering with the product without the prior express authorisation of the Seller; indirect and/or consequential damage; damage caused by negligence, by improper use or by usage that does not conform to the instructions and intentional damage; faults due to adaptations made to the products or the use of parts that were not previously and expressly certified or authorised by the Seller; costs for detection of the fault; costs for collection or replacement (the latter two are unless the non-conformity is proven and within the limits established in section 1).
