Product Information
The product is a safe with a digital lock. It is important to keep the emergency key in a safe place that only the user has access to, as losing or misplacing the key will void the warranty. Placing the key inside the safe will also void the warranty. The safe has a twist-to-unlock mechanism and requires a six-digit code to open.
Battery Installation & Keypad Removal
To install or replace the battery, follow these steps:
- Underneath the keypad, locate a small plastic tab.
- Press and hold the tab, then twist the main body of the keypad anti-clockwise (to the left) to detach it from the safe. Be careful not to pull it all the way off to avoid damaging the wires.
- Match the orientation of the 9v battery with the symbols on the battery tray and insert it into place, terminal ends first.
- To re-attach the keypad, simply reverse the removal process.
How to Open Your Safe
To open the safe, follow these steps:
- Touch the keypad to illuminate it.
- Enter the current six-digit code followed by the hash (#) key.
- The keypad will beep twice for the correct code.
- Turn the handle clockwise (to the right) to slide the door open.
How to Change Your Digital Code
Before changing your digital code, read the instructions thoroughly and
have your new code ready. The change code sequence will time out after a short
period of time. Follow these steps:
- The lock will beep twice and show a green light for the correct code.
- The lock will beep once and the orange light will remain on.
- Immediately press the star (*) key.
- The lock will beep twice and the orange light will remain on.
- Immediately press the star (*) key again.
Installing Into Concrete
If you are installing the safe into concrete, follow these steps:
- Ensure that there are no utilities such as power, water, or gas below the intended drilling location.
- Place the safe in the desired final position.
- Lift the carpet inside the safe to reveal the bolt down holes.
- Using a permanent marker, mark the holes where you need to drill.
- Move the safe aside to reveal the marked holes.
- Drill the holes to be 1.5 times deeper than the length of the bolt.
- Reposition the safe on top of the holes.
- Gently drop the pre-prepared bolts into the holes. If needed, gently tap them with a hammer.
- Tighten the bolts until they are firm.
- Replace the carpet, and your safe is now securely bolted down.
Installing Into Timber
If you are installing the safe into timber surfaces, follo these steps:
- Ensure that there are no utilities such as power, water, or gas below the intended drilling location.
- Place the safe in the desired final position.
- Lift the carpet inside the safe to reveal the bolt down holes.
- Using a permanent marker, mark the holes where you need to drill.
- Move the safe aside to reveal the marked holes.
- Pre-drill the holes in the desired location.
- Reposition the safe on top of the holes.
- Insert coach screws through the safe and into the pre-drilled holes.

Please note if your safe has a digital lock you must keep your emergency key
in a safe place that only you have access to.
Losing or misplacing this key will void warranty.
Placing the key inside the safe will also void warranty.

DIGITAL LOCK SAFES
Battery Installation & Keypad Removal
Underneath the keypad is a small plastic tab, whilst pressing and holding the
tab twist the main body of the keypad anti-clockwise (to the left). This will
detach the keypad from the safe, be careful not to pull it all the way off as
you may damage the wires. Match the orientation of the 9v battery with the
symbols on the battery tray and slot the battery into place, terminal ends
first.
To re-attach the keypad simply reverse the keypad removal process.
How to Open Your Safe (Factory Code is: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, #)
First touch the keypad to illuminate it.
Enter the current six (6) digit code followed by the hash (#) key. The keypad
will beep twice for the correct code. Turn handle clockwise (to the right) to
slide the door open.
How to Change Your Digital Code
Please read the instructions through thoroughly first and have your new code ready as the change code sequence will time out after a short period of time.

Enter the current six (6) digit code followed by the hash (#) key. (Factory Code is: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, #)
Lock will beep twice (2) and show green light for the correct code. -
Immediately press the star (*) key,
The lock will beep once (1) and the orange light will remain on. -
Enter your new four (4) to eight (8) digit code.
Immediately press star (*) key. The lock will beep twice and the orange light will remain on. -
Enter your new four (4) to eight (8) digit code again.
Immediately press star (*) key. -
If the change of code is successful, you will hear three (3) beeps. If it was unsuccessful, you will hear four (4) beeps and will have to try again.
INSTALLING INTO CONCRETE
It is your responsibility to make sure that the location of the holes will not cause interference with any utilities under or within the concrete.
Tools Required for Installation:
- Drill (with hammer function)
- Masonry Drill Bit (size 12mm)
- Spanner or Ratchet (size 15mm)
- Permanent Marker
- Torch or Light
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Installation Prodcedure
- Confirm position of the safe, making sure that there are no utilities such as power, water or gas below where you intend to drill.
- Put the safe in the desired final position.
- Lift the carpet inside the safe to reveal the bolt down holes
- Using the permanent marker mark the holes where you will need to drill.
- Move the safe aside revealing the holes you have marked.
- Drill the holes to be 1.5x deeper than the length of the bolt.
- Reposition the safe on top of the holes.
- Drop your pre prepared bolts gently into the holes. They shouldn’t need forcing in. If you need to, gently tap them with a hammer.
- Now simply tighten the bolts until they are firm.
- Replace the carpet, your safe is now bolted down.
INSTALLING INTO TIMBER
For installation into timber surfaces coach screws (not included) are recommended.
Tools Required for Installation:
- Drill
- Drill Bit (size 12mm)
- Spanner or Ratchet (size 15mm)
- Permanent Marker
- Torch or Light
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

- Tighten the coach screws until they are secure.
- Replace the carpet, your safe is now bolted down.
All safes are recommended to be bolted down to ensure the best possible security.
USING YOUR EMERGENCY KEY
All our digital safe products have an emergency key lock to ensure access to the safe without the need for the digital lock.
PLEASE NOTE : You must keep your emergency key in a safe place that only you have access to. Losing or misplacing this key will void warranty.
- Firstly, remove the digital keypad; Underneath the keypad is a small plastic tab, whilst pressing and holding the tab twist the main body of the keypad anti-clockwise (to the left). This will detach the keypad from the safe, be careful not to pull it all the way off as you may damage the wires.
- Gently unplug the cable from the back of the keypad and place it aside, remember the cable orientation.
- Once you have exposed the black keypad holder you should see the safes keyhole.
- If you do not see the keyhole then you may need to remove the keypad holder. This is done by removing the screws and the keypad holder should be able to be removed.
- Once you have revealed the keyhole, Slot key firmly into keyhole. Turn 180 degrees.
- Please note that the orientation of the key varies based on your model, so if you key doesn’t turn, take it out, turn it 180 degrees and try it the other way around.
- The handle will now turn to the left (anti-clockwise).
